Biggest of the 3 Home Depot stores in the Nashua area. Has the biggest selection. I come here even though another Home Depot location is closer to my house. Clean, new, wide aisles. Friendly competent employees. I can always find someone to help me.

This store has the best employees! I asked for assistance in finding items for a fire pit project and Prakash helped me in a level never experienced in any home store before. It was as if it was his project too. He ensured I got exactly what I needed. And David was very helpful with loading the blocks into my truck. It is obvious these employees care about their work, the customers and the store.

Store is conveniently located and well organized. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Our shopping experience was enjoyable due to the associates that helped us to find what we were looking for. We were able to find the products on our own but when we asked if a particular toilet was out of stock, Melissa directed us to an endcap where there were plenty in stock. Ann was very informative and helpful in the flooring department and Todd offered us some great advice on caulking. It was a pleasure doing business at this Home Depot location.

I would normally give this store a 5 star rating but after I saw one of their employees blow his nose snot rocket style in the parking lot, while helping a customer load a car, I'm going to have to bring it down to a 3. Seriously???

The associates are always ready to help locate items, going out of their way to take you to the correct location. Very helpful and happy to help.

My choice Home Depot. I pretty much know where everything is due to going to that store on a regular basis.

Yes, I find products easily. Yes, there is always someone to assist you. Yes, the store is clean. Yes, your associates are always friendly and helpful, and if they don't something they ask another employee for help.

Measuring service, carpet quote & purchase has been seamless at Home Depot. The ladies who run this dept. are knowledgeable and certainly know what they are doing! Compared to Lowes up the street... Home Depot is much more responsive to the consumer!!

The appearance of the store was clean & tidy, even though employees were putting away freight. With no obstacles blocking products. The employees are always friendly & helpful in all departments.

A young woman went out of her way to get me a fan that had just come into the store but was not on the shelf yet , went and got it for me , And she did t waste any time . Tracy the garden lady is always friendly and goes out of her way to help .

Told me to call my Home Depot cc card company to get a Home Depot coupon honored. The cc company said the manager had to handle it.

I went to the South Merrimack store today to purchase a trash barrel. I had researched the item I wanted on the Home Depot website before getting to the store. When I got to the register I was surprised to learn that the barrel was nearly $75 because I had expected it to be $25. It turns out I grabbed the wrong barrel. The cashier, the woman working the self checkout area, and the man from the garden shop were all very friendly and helpful and returned the wrong barrel and retrieved the right one for me. Great customer service.
