The products are of superior quality and the sales staff was very helpful.

The cashier in the garden section was friendly and more than happy to be helpful when it came to selection and also with locating items I was searching for.

You need to appear just once or twice and sales associates will remember you and greet you.

I was ordering decking materials, and Rich guided me through the entire process. Great personality, friendly, calm, very informative and helpful. Cannot believe how easy the entire process was. Also, delivery is fantastic - precise time.

From the moment we walked in the store until the moment we left we were met with pleasant and efficient customer service. Our cashier, Maureen was outstanding, greeted us with a smile, a hello and can we help you when we entered and was very friendly throughout the check out process.

Great place to shop! Great Deals and easy to find everything

We had some challenges with the kitchen space that we were trying to place with cabinets. Ann was great in staying with us through the decisions made and giving us ideas, doing research for us, and making a tough task into a pleasant one.

We needed lumber cut for a bathroom job. Marvin was amazing. He helped us work out how it should be cut, best material needed and as we talked more about the job, helped us with all other materials needed for best results. He wasn't just trying to sell us stuff, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made our visit easy and we walked away much more confident in the job we were facing. We can't thank him enough for his diligence and help. Thank You, Marvin!!! This store is not our usual Home Depot store...we usually go to the one in Nashua NH but they did not have a bathroom light we wanted in stock but told us the store in Merrimack NH had them, so we went there. As it turned out, Marvin was so helpful we bought everything we needed for our upcoming job. Great guy, very patient, extremely knowledgeable and more helpful than he could ever know. Thanks again!

I purchased a power tool (thickness planer) and the cashier was very helpful regarding the protection plans. Seeing that the item looked to be heavy, she asked if I would like an associate to help me load it. I declined. In the parking lot, another associate asked if I would like assistance loading. I declined. Nevertheless, these folks were very helpful and thoughtful.. I have noticed this before at this particular store. Thanks.

Here in the Milford/ Nashua, New Hampshire area we have two choices of improvement stores just a few miles apart. I often go to Home Depot #3486 Merrimack NH as I find the staff helpful and the store clean and neat. Thanks

The associates who helped me with my purchases were very knowledgeable and friendly. I needed blinds and lumber cut and everyone was friendly and efficient.

There was plenty of help. When I entered the store there was help at most aisles and I found what I was looking for quickly.

Everything was properly located and easy to access

Shopping at The Home Depot located at 721 Milford Rd, Route 101A in Merrimack, NH is always a pleasurable experience. The associates are always extremely friendly and willing to assist.

Helpful associates, worry-free shopping. The shelves were well stocked but every one of the aisles had a cart or an impediment to those who were dependent on the scooters. All in all, it was a good experience.

Store is always clean and aisles are not cluttered. Associates are always asking if they can help though most of the time I don.t need it as the store is well arranged. Check out is always fast and pleasant especially Susan in the lawn and garden center.

I found the associate in the paint dept. to very helpful and knowledgeable. And the "check out" associate was very friendly. I love going to Home Depot and find things that I need --that I didn't even know I needed!! :>) Not to mention occasional clearance items that are great bargains.

The only help in finding the part I needed--WHICH YOU HAD IN STOCK--came from the service desk at the front of the store, and all she knew to do was show me the aisle which she located using a terminal. It took me 40 minutes to locate a part which an associate from that department would have shown me in 2 minutes. There was no associate from that department on duty at 3 pm on Friday.

This store is well organized. It is easy to find what you are looking for.

During this trip I needed some advice from the Service Desk. They were very helpful, very friendly and very responsive. Nice customer focus!
