Location is super, employees are super, if anything sometimes the selections of items are less than what I need of several areas. I think this location could easily be made a super store...

The staff in this store are very friendly, processional and most importantly knowledgeable. The store is well organized and easy to find products.

This is the best Home Depot, big box store around. Again, the people working in this store made for an excellent experience. The person answering the phone to schedule a special order pick up was polite and quick. The person working the customer service counter was excellent. Polite and pleasant. Order was waiting and person even assisted loading after I declined needing help. This is my go to place for nearly everything. Paint people are the best, experienced and very helpful. Employees here really make the difference. My go to store I go out of the way to shop .

Every trip to this store is wonderful. Staff is great all though often more would be better. Most all items in stock all the time. Even over the holidays the store was neat and organized. Best place around for anything for home repair and maintenance.

Be careful with online orders. 3 of the items they gave me were clearly used and should not have been resold at regular price. Items had fraid wires and not repackaged properly. Had to go to another Home Depot to get the items because they did not have these items in stock.

Great place to shop. I love the early opening hours as it gives me time to slip in and get what I need before work, thus beating the after-work crowds. I just love 'HD'.

The associate in the electrical parts department was extremely helpful in explaining about circuit breakers that I was looking for - he saved me a lot of time. All employees I spoke with there were very helpful, friendly and courteous.

the store WAS clean and the associates that could be located were friendly. as with most retail these days however, there is never enough associates making it difficult to find one close to whatever area one might need help in. if i had found one nearby when I was checking out the ceramic tile for backsplashes they could have told me what I needed to install it. I would have purchased it. not knowing what I really needed, I passed on the purchases. (lost sales). the cashier was so friendly and personable. a change from some retail cashiers...her name on our receipt is Susan and she deserves a "job well done" mention. Retail is hard and often thankless and more often than not people only go out of their way to complain.

Went to the Merrimack NH Home Depot to purchase a brand new washer and dryer paid over $1600 to have that washer and dryer delivered. The washer dimensions were correct but unfortunately the dryer dimensions listed on the display stated that it was 29 inches wide again on a confirmation paperwork as stated the dryer with was 29 inches wide when the delivery company showed up to deliver the dryer the actual dimensions were 30 x 31 and would not fit into our home . Have been trying to talk to the store employees and appliances for two days now and nobody seems to have any answers and nobody is calling us back. Each time I contact the store myself I speak to another employee who says they will look into it
