Exceptional store. Have shopped many stores in Kc area, but as far as service, this store is top notch.....Richard Slavin was the store associate who helped us with decisions concerning storage in our basement. Very knowledgeable,,,, we will be back for more units soon...

While purchasing home improvement items at the store, associates were extremely helpful finding everything I ask about. They went out of their way to be sure I had exactly what I needed.

THE APPLIANCES IN OUR HOME DEPOT STORE IS EXTENSIVE AND EASY TO PURCHASE. THEY DELIVER IN A TIMELY FASHION AND CALL BEFORE COMING. THEY WILL ALSO INSTALL IF YOU NEED THEM TO, AND THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESS BEHIND FOR YOU TO CLEAN UP.

Everything was neat and clean, and everyone was very kind and helpful.

The store had some Pre-Black Friday clutter with some of the passageways narrowed, but I can get most of what i'm looking for to make the repairs of new project in one place. the free financing makes those big jobs reachable.

Came in to look for sanding disks for sander, sales associate was very helpful in finding correct one.

Bob Stines WAS SOOOOO helpful. Took his time to explain, look and help me decide on which 2 Doors I need for my home. He was VERY knowledgeable and never rushed me. It's hard to find people like him when you go to a place like this. Very kind and sooooo Helpful. Without him, I probably would not have spent 337.88!! I would have gone home confused and without my doors! THANK YOU BOB STINES! I'll be back THANKS TO YOU!

Store was well set up and employees were very helpful

The person who handled my return was very courteous and, once the return was processed, asked if there was anything else she could do for me.

Store was clean but some aisles were overstocked. I found all the paint products I needed and sales associates were friendly and helpful.

Enough selection in the store to fit what I needed.

I had a special order in which I knew nothing about other than what I wanted I was walked step by step thru the process by Coren and when there was an issue with the product her co-worker Colette stepped up to the base and immediately got into the solution and insured that things were taken care of . I have worked in customer service all my life and often see it as a dying breed,...but not so at your store. This is not the first time..thank you Home Depot

The Carpet department was very nice and easy to shop in. We told our salesperson what we wanted and she showed us a great choice.

The girls at the front desk were all pleasant and fun to talk to. I am always impressed at the short wait time and ease in which they all manage to deal with a large variety of issues. One of them was willing to walk to the other side of the store w/ me to help me find an item that I was having trouble with. Thank you home depot service desk employees!

I had purchased the wrong product returned item with ease and found correct item with no problem and made an exchange. return desk clerk was friendly

We parked close to the entrance and we needed a flat cart and they were easily accessible. We were asked by an associate if we needed help but we didn't need any help. We got 4 bags of all purpose rock and then went to look for a weeping willow tree. We asked an associate outside where the trees were and they had one weeping willow left and it was 50% off. Yeah!!. Check out was simple and easy and the cashier was very nice. The associate from lawn and garden helped us get the tree in our car and the rock loaded. It was a very good experience. Thank you to the good people at Home Depot for making it easy and quick.

Every thing I was looking for , a associate was there to help me. The store was very clean and organized and when I checked out the checker Amy was very nice and helped us out with everything we bought..I would definitely recommend the store and the associates in it.

Our experience at this Home Depot was awesome! We had a great store associate that was friendly and knowledgeable - He made buying a dishwasher fun :) The check-out process was the same - our cashier was friendly with great customer service skills. Glad we chose this Home Depot to spend our money at - will definitely be coming back!

The store wasn't that busy and I felt the store standards were a little off this day, actually the past two visits. Overall this is my home depot were I love to shop for plants and garden supplies. The paint associates and electrical associate always greet me whenever I walk by their department, awesome! These past two visits were bad experiences I would like to put behind me, especially knowing how clean the store has been in the past.

The store had undergone inventory but that didn't effect the cleanliness of the store. The associates are always helpful and our cashier was the best!!
