Using the website to pinpoint items with aisle number and slot numbers made my shopping fast and precise. The checkout gal was very friendly and even accommodated me with a discount from on-line that I forgot the printed receipt at home. My experience makes me glad that store #2218 is my new store!

I was very happy with all of the Associates who helped, from the paint department, the door and table leg gentleman, and especially the Garden Department. Very good experience finding the materials I need ed to finish projects.

Many aisles were blocked. Our clothes washer died on Friday. We needed a replacement now. Home Depot dose not stock Washers. Delivery would take 3 to 5 days. We bought a discontinued floor model.(With a family of 7. We had no choice to wait ) So that we could wash clothes every day.

I had a broken pot and the associate was very helpful in getting me another one and had a great suggestion as to do with the one that broke

I was looking for a product in the aisle for bathroom fixtures. The SME, subject matter expert, of that area was assisting another customer. The other Home Depot associate assisted me the best that he could, but said that the SME could answer my questions. We agreed, and he returned to his assigned area. I am a business manager myself, so I imagine cross-training is a constant goal at Home Depot. I wish that the associate could have helped me more, but I understand that he was also trying to meet priorities, and make his known skills available to other customers. Such is business....

Found everything I needed and more! There are other home depot stores that I haven't been able to find an employee anywhere.....almost gave up on Home Depot until I found the Olathe store!!!

We came to this location the day prior to purchase a storm door. As I walked in to the area there was only one gentleman visible and he was assisting another customer. He asked what I was looking for and when I said storm door, he asked if I was installing or if they were. When I indicated we would be installing ourselves, he pointed in the direction of the storm doors and said someone would be with me. After about 10 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged, we made our selection, loaded the door on the cart and departed the store. This trip was to purchase items to help close a gap left from the install. The gentleman that began to assist us didn't truly take time to get the details of what we needed because he answered a phone call as he walked to the area where we might find the items we needed and never returned. Had he been available to answer questions and give suggestions it may have saved us a 3rd trip to the store for this one project.

With so many choices of where to buy home improvement supplies. I can say I was impressed with the layout, helpfulness, and friendly service. Would recommend to anyone looking for supplies, ideas, or advice on how to.

Was able to find the products we needed and wanted in the kitchen and bath department.

Associate helped disassemble part of bbq grill so it would fit in my car. Very helpful and helpedoad the grill.

Looking for a Dehumidifier, didn't know exactly where to find them. Associate was walking by and asked if we needed help, Told Her what we were looking for and She walked us directly to the area where they were.

I LIKE THIS STORE, BUT WHEN I AM LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC ITEM I WOULD LOVE IT IF THERE WERE PEOPLE AVAILABLE TO HELP. I SPENT TO MUCH TIME TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE AND THEN NOT GETTING A DEFINITIVE ANSWER. I DON'T THINK WE HAVE IT IS NOT OK. THEY SHOULD KNOW.
