I only shopped outside this visit, ie, needed mulch

Located all products with associates’ help. Less effort than expected.

I drive from Manassas, Va, pass 2 Home Depot Stores to shop. The South Riding store has very friendly, helpful staff. The staff are always smiling, greeting customer and always eagar to help the customers. I am very pleased with my experiences at this store!! Thank you Ruthie & Lisa :)

The store had a great selection of plants and gardening hardware. The cashier was available to answer pricing questions during my shopping. She was very efficient and friendly during check out.

I new the layout of the store and got what I needed with no problems. The store was clean and all employees were very nice.

My vertical blinds for my patio door was missing 9 vertical blinds. Not only did Home Depot have them in stock, but their associate custom cut them to the length I needed. I was so happy of how helpful they were and able to provide what I needed. The check out person at the self-checkout was also helpful and cheerful. Kudos Home Depot!

I went to get propane gas cylinder and experience was so smooth, went inside the store, didn't have to wait in the line, paid for it, took the receipt outside and gave it to the associate outside. he scanned it and brought and loaded the propane gas cylinder in the trunk of my car. Everything was so smooth, didn't take more than 5-7 minutes. Great Job.

This store is easy in and out for parking. Staff helpful and was able to find most of what I was looking for.

Staff is professional and eager to assist in determining best tool(s) and / or technique to solve any problem.

This HD store was the best we have shopped at (and we've been to many!). After a lot of frustrating research on the HD website, we finally found the store that had what I needed. Unfortunately it was a two-hour drive from our home, since nearer stores didn't have the product in stock - and often don't! Our satisfaction returned when we were greeted with a kind and thoughtful associate. She assisted us to find exactly what we needed and referred us to another Associate ho was also helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience. We wish all Home Depot stores were run this well - especially those closer to our home!

Took a little too long to get help but once I did everything was fantastic.

The staff is awsome! They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. However, like any Home Depot, it takes awhile to find the associates to help you. Once you find an associate, they are the best staff I've ever encountered. I've been to at least 20 different stores in MD, DC and VA and this group of associates are the best! I'm glad I moved close by..... Would recommend this store to anyone....

Store is easy to access and all itmes are arrayed in good position to find.

Items were displayed in a neat organized manner and the employees were friendly and knowledgable.

I bought a new home recently and was looking for window blinds, I was looking for a decent product at the same time not too fancy blinds which would cost me a fortune. The sales rep who helped me was really humble but at the same time have a thorough knowledge about the products and the services. I am a completely satisfied customer because of him and the product & services offered by Home Depot.

I was very happy with the associate help finding right grill cover.

Well I was just basically browsing and to inquire about a product......and as usual, I not only got great information by a very friendly and informative associate, I also was thrilled to find some other things I just had to have..........always nice and helpful staff and many great things to buy, maybe toooo many good things!?!

The store is OK in most categories, but it just grinds my gears that it took me so long and more than $5 to find and buy three doorstops. The associates are hard to find and seem to have coordination problems. Another customer had to wait to get assistance to get a key copied.

The store was very clean and just about every item was available for purchase. Found no item looking for, not available. Every item was in its correct place. Only issue was the paint department. Limited or lack of knowledge of a product. Need a review of items ( paint), on color combinations with white base paint.

store was clean and the layout was easy to follow. staff was professional, helpful, and courteous. have been a customer over the past 10 years and would recommend other folks

I had great experience shopping at this store. I had to get 30 bags of mulch, I was wondering how am I going to load them in my car, but a sales associate named Mr.Christian helped me so much. I really appreciate it.

I'm always greeted when I walk in the door. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgable.

The staff was very helpful in giving assistance for location and price of items. Plants were healthy and watered.
