The two guys at the help desk were chatting while I wandered around in the aisle in front of them for 20 minutes. I asked if they could help me with some screws and finding the right hardware. He then asked how he could help me.. I had to ask for him to follow me down the aisle. After time in the aisle, he said what I needed was in aisle 5, but clearly want offering to follow me there. I went to the aisle and spent another ten minutes looking but not finding my desired product. Upon checking out, the cashier was munching on whoppers and grew perturbed when I was registering my email into the system. She wad cold and clearly unhappy I took the time to enter my info. There was nobody behind me in line either.... I've shopped at HD probably a hundred times and usually the reps are okay... Today was not the case. The only thing I can think of that was different? I came in from the office in a suit...

I enjoy going to the tukwila location it is a little further store, but they have a great selection and the staff is very friendly

Rachael in Millworks was extremely helpful and professional. She handled my order with great detail and when a computer challenge came up she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed to get my job moving.

Came in for an estimate on carpeting 3 bedrooms. Associates were very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous! Gave me the information I needed in a timely fashion. Placed my order the same week! Great staff!

Got great service from the home depot employee. She placed my order promptly and schedule my installation appointment for my Over the range microwave. She was able to match Lowes price without any issue. Love the service I got at Home Depot today.

Walking into Home Depot here in Tukwila, Washington was an easy & painless experience.

Knowledgeable associate in the Flooring Dept helped me choose products that I feel are the best for my needs. In addition, the associate helped me with selections that matched my material and color preferences. She patiently answered questions about various materials and showed me what to look for regarding quality. It was an excellent experience and I have already recommended her to friends, one of whom purchased her carpeting from this associate based on my recommendation.

i was rushing to buy a wire stripper and cutter as well as the small ladder when I saw and asked the store associate, I was glad he showed me where the stuff I am looking for. Great job, keep it up!

I like the store products and prices. However, sometimes, it is hard to fine help to look for items that I needed. Maybe the day I visited the store was lack of staffs or it was too busy. I understand the situation, but my time also valuable too. I have to rush so I can do the my project within time frame. I hope that there will be more staff working at the store so, customers will have minimum of time to wait for help.

We had a large order and needed help from the customer service associates. The two ladies that helped us were very friendly. They knew the products well and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.

I was very impressed with this Home Depot because the associates were knowledgeable as well as friendly and accommodating. I plan on returning soon..

The store is always clean, the associates are helpful and friendly, and there is always a nice range of available products to choose from. I have been to several Home Depots in WA state and Nebraska and Texas. The Tukwila store is my favorite.

For people frustrated about customer service -- phone queues, inexperienced phone help, confusing websites, FAQs, etc. -- going to a store whose workers understand what they're doing and are trained to help is a breath of fresh air. My current experience was a wonder. Friendly employee went out of her way to give more service than I could expect. She volunteered to measure, cut, and assemble an item for me. Not what she had to do. Made my life much easier.

Great home Depot and all get help when needed just upset with buying tool bags 2nd bag I bought that was missing parts on it they are going to replace it just a bit of a hassle when you have to go back to the store

parking was a mess redueing the parking .repaving.

It took me an hour to get hel and buy a simple small bundle of wood. The staff acted like the customers had the plague and ignore. Then when finally getting help they took over 30 minutes to get me my 3 foot bundle of 2x2's. It was like they have 8 hours to work so they take that time. I am going to drive further to the smaller stores just so I get the service and time that should be given to a customer

Store was clean, people were helpful. Even though the parking lot was being repaved there was plenty of parking in the morning. Paint department personnel know their stuff and they are quick to get it done.

People at the store are so friendly and some are trying to help me find what I needed.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for at least 25 yrs. The Tukwila store is clean, easy to navigate and for the most part, has knowledgeable people in each department. The Tukwila, WA store however has an exceptional associate that takes customer service to a whole new level. Michael in hardware is knowledgeable and his customer service is beyond expectation. Just to be sure I can get him if I'm needing help finding/deciding on anything, I will call ahead of time just to have what I feel is a irreplaceable asset to Home Depot. Thanks for the help Michael! You are fantastic!!

The store was well organized.....the associates helpful.

Went in for the Behr paint sale and although the paint counter was busy since it was the last day of the sale, there were plenty of knowledgeable people to provide assistance and help my get my questions answered in a reasonable amount of time.

The main reason I good to Home Depot is that they have a good selection of items I need and the price is right.

I needed quick assistance to purchase a pole chainsaw and once I was able to locate an associate she was very helpful. The cashier was friendly and helpful and overall my shopping experience was excellent.
