The Specialty Sales Assistant Store Mgr Roger was amazing!!! He spent so much time assisting us and answering our questions! Could not recommend the sales associates more here!! Always around and eager to help

It is always refreshing to find an associate willing to help you when you need it. Customer Service does not come easy for some but everyone at the Southlake Home Depot really knows how to offer it to their customers. My entire family loves going to Home Depot, we always meet a new friend there.

Found slightly ailing plants at this store at good sale prices...Euless store has several carts of same that they would not sell...claimed they had to toss in the trash instead of sell...suspicious???

We went into the store looking for one item. The associate helped us find it quickly and he introduced us to other associates to answer questions as we generally looked at other items in the store. Friendly and courteous staff.

Looking for a weed trimmer. Found the one I wanted. Cashier helped with self service check out.

From the minute I walked into the Home Depot in Southlake, I was greeted with smiles and helpful associates. When I asked where an item was, the guy gave me the exact aisle, side and location.
