Both my self and my fiance have injuries, and he is legally blind, we needed help today and we were assisted by 2 very helpful sales associates. One in the lumber department and one that helped us load our products into our truck. We love this home depot store and will continue to use it for all our fix it needs in the future. we have had many helpful people help us in the past as well, they seem to have a very friendly crew of associates.

The store was clean and all the staff member were more then nice and professional and everyone knows every question I ask..

The associates at the paint desk were very friendly and helpful. We couldn't find as many of the cans of paint as we needed and they not only found them but had to call others to get them off the top shelf. They were very friendly and super helpful.

Knew what I wanted and where to look for it and got it ,paid for it and left.

Saw some laminate flooring on sale that we had been looking at, called my local HD, associate in flooring said they had it in stock in the quantity I was looking for, asked them to hold it while I make the hour, hour and a half drive from our home near Mt. Rainier he said sure! Got to the store, it was set aside, wrapped and palletized with my name on it ready for purchase! Am a retired contractor from California, have been to many a Home Depot's, but this one is my favorite and am happy that it is my 'local' one now that I am retired!

This Home Depot is the best one that I have been to. I am a retired general (framing) contractor from California, have been to A LOT of Home Depots. From the Bay Area and the Central Valley of California to where I am at now in Washington, but this one is laid out and organized well, always a friendly and helpful staff and always has what I plan to purchase in stock. Am happy this store is my local store in my retired years!

Easy to find items on the list and it he aisles were clean and clear. The restrooms were very clean and Tidy.

I was able to find all the items I needed for my garage storage project. The associate was polite and helpful while assisting me with my options. The Home Depot prices were lower than the competitors prices, and the locating is close and convenient. Thank you, Home Depot and all your associates for being completely awesome!

I enjoy going in to gather equipment and supplies. When asked what I need help with its always easy to talk to the store employees. They seem to ask the right questions to help me get what I need and help me think of the stuff that I don't know that I need. This cuts back on the trips that I need to make to the store and the project gets done faster. I'm always greeted with a smile and amazed with the input on how they would do the project that I'm doing. Cashiers are the last to give a warm smile and thank you for stopping in. Thank you all Whats your Motto it should be HOME DEPOT we are part of the family stop on in.

We just purchased over $3,000. Worth of bathroom cabinets and our sales associate, Toni, was so kind and helpful! She made the entire experience, a 4 years in the making experience, very fun! Thank you!

Store Associate are very helpful he show me where the item /product location. At the check out the cashier are very friendly and courteous.

Just moved into the area, and have used this store exclusively for all my needs. We are touching up the house, building sheds and working on remodeling the back yard and it is nice to have a store literally 5 minutes from my home so if I need anything, I don't have to drive across town to find it. All of the associates I have dealt with are knowledgeable and friendly, and the store for the most part has everything I need when I need it. Good shopping here.

Excellent store. Travis and Mike were especially helpful and saved us a lot of money on some home cooling ideas. We were greeted by all associates and treated with exceptional attitudes. The store was neat, clean and well organized to find the items we needed. The great service at this store (and great respect shown to our veterans) has convinced us to come here for all our future DIY needs.

I feel employees should know what is in store and where to fine it. Take the customer to it and if they don't know. Get someone else help customer in store.

The associates were so helpful, patient and kind. I am renovating a home and am so overwhelmed but the associates make my situation so much smoother. They are great people doing great work!

The store is stocked with employees that attempt to help you as much as possible with both technical and tactical knowledge. Store is clean and products are easy to locate.

We always have a good experience when we visit the Spanaway Home Depot. The few times we needed an associate's help we always get a person that is knowledgeable and friendly. It is a pleasant store to shop in.

I went in for something small and had never been in the store before, but everything was clearly marked and when I looked as if I might need help I was neither mobbed by a clutch of over eager associates nor casually dismissed. The young man I spoke with scanned the area where I was standing and went immediately to an item I had only described to him. He was pleasant, respectful and calm, no drama. A very nice experience.

The store was clean and the associates were great, and I would tell all my friends about the experience that I have here at HomeDepot, and there were a couple times when me and my girlfriend would come in we would see a couple associates that knew why we were there and would immediately come over to help us out which I thought was awesome.
