The store is most all of the time clean and there is most all of the time an associate available to help.

The associates always go out of their way to be helpful. Sarah, Tom, and Josh were very friendly, and made sure we were taken care of.

Didn't have what I needed but aside from that it was ok

Went in looking to buy a lawn mower, ask for help and out came Larry. Answered all my question about lawn mowers and pricing. Left with my new Toro Mower and could not be happier. Thanks Larry

We visited the Spanaway store in order to match and buy a 5 gallon pail of exterior house paint It was great to find out that it was the last day of a $40.00 rebate sale on the paint that we needed. In spite of the large number of people taking advantage of the savings offer, the associates quickly helped us with efficiency and good humor. Our recent Kitchen Renovation was also accomplished ,with wonderful assistance, by HOME DEPOT associates.

The products I was looking for were easy to find. The Garden Center is very well organized and has excellent access to all of the products. I was pushing around one of their flat top carts and was able to pilot it to all areas without any difficulty. I talked with several employees while shopping and found them all to be very friendly and knowledgeable of products and their location. Jeanette, our Cashier, was all smiles, quick and friendly.

The Spanaway Home Depot is easy to get to and the associates are very friendly. If they do not have the answer to your question they will locate someone who can help you.

The selection of items at this store location is pretty good. Merchandise is easy to find.

The last visit we brought with us our pitbull mix and the employees were very accepting and friendly to her. It was a great experience for us! I found everything that I needed and had no wait to check out

I came in knowing just what it was I needed; after a quick conversation with a sales associate, I was directed to the location of my desired items and was pleased to find what I needed, yet was especially surprised and happy at the bundled deals that were available to me. After careful consideration, I picked the one that provided me the best value for my money and checked out, a very satisfied customer.

Every time I visit the Spanaway store I am greeted at the door. The associate that greets always gives my dog a treat and pets her, which makes me feel good. Have always received help if needed to find a product. all of the departments are very organized making it easy to locate the product needed. Highly recommend this store.

I find it a surprise that the store carries no pansies in the garden area this time of year. First time I have ever encountered this. Why? But on the other hand the cashier was busy but she got me through quickly and was very friendly. Great job!

the experience was easy quick precise and downright joyful due to the enthusiasm of you store clerks and the helpers on the floor. they took me right to what I was looking for and made sure I got the best item for my job. I always shop at HD, have a credit card and love it.

Overall the store was very clean, neat, store price is great and it was easy to find products. If I couldn't find what I was looking for quickly, a store associate was right there waiting to help! Everyone was great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Paint isn't the easiest thing to pick out or do yourself so I was happy to have a store associate help me with my shopping process and pick out the right color of paint & all the supplies! Thanks!

Easy to locate products, friendly associates, lots new plants

The Store was easy to navigate, clean and easy to locate the prices of even small items. Chuck. The manager, is helpful and polite. The cashiers helped me unload my cart since reaching was difficult for me. I go further distance to this store because of this attitude and great customer service.

Visit this store often. I am always welcomed when we walk in and asked if we would like a store flyer and if there is anything we would need help finding. Never had an issue with rude people, my one suggestion is that you have a store map maybe, sometimes even the new staff are a little lost, but hey at least we are lost together! Thanks guys for a wonderful experience every time!

I went to Home Depot three times in the same week and there was always the same friendly associate who was available to assist me with questions, product knowledge and suggestions every single time. During my visits there, I never experienced a moment where the people were unprofessional. The environment and service was awesome! The same person even remembered my name! Thanks for making my experience a memorable one :)
