Items are always easy to find, staff is great, friendly and willing to spend the time with you making the right choices for your project.

We have a large plot of land and now that the weather is geting warmer we sprnd a lot of time at HD. I can usuall find the product or information I need at this store.

I have been to this location twice since we moved here. They are always happy and very helpful. I was helped by Jeff Turner in wood section ( I didn't know they cut wood for you! That made my project so easy when we got home !!! ) , Mary in gardening and Liliana at the check out. I know we'll be back soon! Thank you guys!

Good Day: There are so many things I would like to say to customers like myself, Out on a busy day and the Sun is shining finally after all the rain. And you know you want to pick up a few cleaning supplies and then there they are : yes New Mats with the words WELCOME just like a friend. and being on sale gives you a great feeling that you can welcome all your friends with that one word. Truly uplifting spring is in the air. You get to the Check out and there you find the smile of a friend that welcome s you and ask how is your day: Thank you for this good experience.

This is a great Home Depot - they have a nice selection of products, and the associates are helpful and kind. One of the employees was walking by, and asked us if we needed assistance. He grabbed a cart and helped us load a boxed gazebo onto the cart. I was very impressed at how quickly we were offered assistance. In addition, our cashier was extremely helpful and patient. He called us over to his open register, and patiently entered my printed gift card info manually. He also offered us some great advice about securing the gazebo in windy conditions. He was knowledgeable and friendly, which made our visit feel like a high-end store experience.

I'm in the middle of a DIY home renovation. I've spent thousands at The Spring Hill Home Depot in the past few months. Having The Home Depot a few miles up the road is amazing. After home, and my workplace, I probably spend more time at The Home Depot than anywhere else. Thanks for doing a great job everyone and being available to help. We are just starting to remodel our kitchen. Mike in the cabinet area was the best help I have been given. He took the time to talk to us, walk us through some steps we didn't know, and really made a difference. He treated us with courtesy and was not annoyed with my questions. He took all the time needed to help us get started. He really made a difference in where we will be getting our products

Home Depot is always my first choice for my household needs. Associates are very familiar with products and their usage.

I went in looking for gift for my husband's birthday and was pleasantly surprised with my visit. An associate passing by asked if he could help then showed me several choices of the item I wanted, explaining the differences, then also showed me one in another location that was on special. He then asked if I had everything needed to go with it and made recommendations on those. He went and got a cart, loaded me up and left with a smile. The lady at checkout was friendly, efficient and offered help loading my car and was so pleasant. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and happy for the experience!

Love this store. Can always find what I need. They are great about price matching or even on returns and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable about the appliances we purchased. He went over and above to make sure we received all the discounts allowed on the appliances. He called for assistance from his manager when he ran into a problem with the discounts and was able to get a positive outcome for the customer. It is the kind of customer service received this visit, which will keep us coming back to this store.

As usual, I found the items that I needed in sufficient quantities and and at what I consider a reasonable price. I looked online for the items I needed and also looked at another home building store in the area and found that Home Depot had all the items I needed and the other store did not. I always look at homedepot.com and the other home building store before I go to the store to check availability. That way I know if I can get what I need and how much it will cost. Home Depot never lets me down.

Your cashier Rita is the reason we visit this store. We drive past other hardware stores to be able to shop here because of Rita. She greets my boys and myself with a huge hug every time we see her. Her positive attitude is contagious and it appears she treats all her customers like she does us. Thank you so much for employing an incredible individual like Rita.

The store was clean and the associates were friendly. I was approached as I walked in the door and asked if I needed assistance. I did not need assistance as I knew exactly what I needed. All of the items that I went into the store for were in stock and easy to find. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.

Went to get a over the range microwave but was not in stock the salesman to me to drive 25 miles to the other store. Not offering to sale the display or anything!
