Hands down, this is my favorite Home Depot in the United States. We work coast to coast, but my home base is always the best. Thank you as well to Jeanette and Deidre for always getting me by my name when I visit, that adds an additional personal touch. Thank you, Spring Hill, Tennessee Home Depot!

I have purchased bulky items at this location several times, and there are always helpful employees who cheerfully assist this gray-haired woman to load and unload the products, as well as to located what I needed. The one time I returned/replaced a large item, the clerk quickly summoned help to bring the shower pan from my vehicle and made the return simple and quick. I prefer shopping here to the home improvements store close to my home!

i just moved here from Louisiana and I have been so impressed with how outgoing and helpful the staff at Springhill Homedepot is! Im new to renovations and they went out of their way to assist me. My husband and I have made no less than 10 trips there since the beginning of 2025 and it’s only January 12th!!!! Keep it up Springhill!

Seems like everytime I need help I can get what I need from this Home Depot!! We spend a lot of money at this store, unfortunately, but at least when I come to the Spring Hill Home Depot we my wife and myself, get the answers and service we need. In Fact there is a Home improvement store closer to our house, you my know them with the "Blue" logos, but wed rather drive further for the better service and supplies. Thank you!!

However no one could locate 29 bags of "Fogo" charcoal. It's new and we wanted to try it.

Donna is the Best! She works hard stays focused and organized and help me get a lot of materials organized purchased and set up for jobs that got Donna for all you do the the Pro Desk!

Excellent staff, friendly, energetic and interacted with every. No employee was standing around. Very clean and organized.

I have avoided On Line Ordering expecting it to be a long drawn out process, that wasn’t the case. I knew what I wanted, selected the items and dropped them in the cart. Each item identified quantity in stock, I knew immediately everything would be available. Check out on line was fast and easy! I received a text when the items were pulled and staged for pickup. Upon arrival, my order was on a roll out cart, I confirm my ID, was asked if I needed help loading the order in my truck and 10 to 15 minutes I was loaded and ready to go. Online order is the way to go if you have a large order and short on time.

I buy a lot of paint at this Home Depot store. The paint department employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Go here if you know exactly what you are looking for and for the price. Don’t expect any level of customer service though, if you are shopping the lumber department.

I'm so impressed with your delivery team! It was the best experience I have ever had! We purchased our old washer and dryer 7 years ago from HomeDepot. But, our delivery team was the best ever!! His name was Randy! He went above and beyond!! You need to keep people like him! He is defiantly an asset to HomeDepot!!

Outstanding service. Came in to pickup online order of 25 exterior siding sheets, 2x6s, and flashing to reside my barn/shop. While there also decided to add 10 more sheets and some 2x4s. Load crew did exceptional job getting my online order loaded, then went and pulled and loaded my 2ndary load. Definite attaboys all around for all the service I routinely get at my Sprin Hill TN Home Depot! Thank you.

I want to repair business and will bypass the big box blue store.

The installation team broke my new microwave they delivered annd installed and they wouldn’t even refund me the whole ($140) installation fee. They gave me $53 and a still broken microwave.

they all gather to talk among themselves and only leave if you ask "who is open "

We ordered $4300 worth of kitchen appliances. Decided to upgrade the range to the best one available. Was told we had to cancel the whole order. Then they couldn't find the refrigerator we wanted, it was RIGHT behind them, in their computer saying they don't sell that one. . We just ordered it 2 days ago. Now they don't sell it?????4vpeople who worked there couldn't figure out how to upgrade to a ,$3000 kitchen range? They wound up canceling our whole order. Totally ridiculous. Time to go spend $6000 at the big blue warehouse store up the road...

I purchased a refrigerator. There were plenty of refrigerators to choose from and with the price range I had no problem finding a refrigerator with all the features I wanted at a price I could afford. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. It took less than an hour to choose a refrigerator and check out my new LG Smart Refrigerator. Very please with the refrigerator and the service I received.

Doug was helpful in trying to find an item that was showing as in stock but not on the shelves. He found one laying around in the wrong area and caught me before I checked out. Amazing! Doug is fantastic...please share this with him!

I really appreciated the helpfulness and quick/easy service I received from this store. I had called in to the store to locate a certain product in stock and make sure it was there before I made the drive over, and the customer service rep was friendly and helpful to not only find the product but hold it for me until I could get there to pick it up, since there were limited supplies.
