Over the last several months I have found multiple items for less at Home Depot. Everything is well packaged when it ships and I have been very pleased with each item. This is my go to place!!

So I'm on a double lung transplant list and I can't walk ten feet without gasping for air. The employees at the Springfield MO store are the most kindest employees ever. The help me gather my materials the load into my truck. I mean who helps like that anymore? So thankful for a great experience always with the Springfield MO home depot. Everything you see in photos was built with your help .Thankyou so much

I was on the fence about purchasing an electric mower until my nephew talked me into it. I bought the Ryobi mower and weedeater. I am ecstatic with both! I no longer have to deal with gas, oil and extension cords!!

They be running when you ask for help. Come back.. I need help lol. Also, stock less useless stuff no one buys and more of the stuff people buy… and pay your employees better.

I found the perfect size Ryobi reciprocating saw and pruning blade with the help of a very nice young man who worked there. I was pretty much in and out of the store. I considered my trip to Home Depot a success and no wasted time.

Employee was helpful and cordial and knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. She helped in the credit card application and final determination of costs. She also was supportive and reminded me of the features I had indicated I had wanted in the product: frost free, garage ready, size, warranty, not held togeher with duct tape... :-)

The young lady monitoring the self service checkout scanned and assisted with the payment process. Additionally she arranged for someone to load our purchases! Pleasant and helpful!

The department manager I had spoken with earlier in the day to make arrangements for a refrigerator purchase, was gone for the day when I arrived. Likewise, the customer service rep I had spoken to was gone for the day. There were a couple of unusual requests regarding the purchase. The two customer service people, Haley and Ben, though not appraised of the circumstances that Ryan (Manager in Appliances) had helped me with earlier in the day, were exceptional in accomplishing my purchase. KUDOS!! to Haley and Ben!! Give them both a raise!!

I find that while shopping HD there is always someone there that will ask if you need help. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you HD for the years of assistance while shopping.

Springfield mo. Needs new management. They have terrible customer service

My name is Bill and I am a ... tool junkie. Years ago I was introduced to Ridgid power tools and now I have most of them. Just ordered a Ridgid compact jigsaw yesterday. For a great selection of tools and building supplies, visit their store in Springfield, Missouri and you might just find me there!

Employees set the tone for how well a store is managed. We travel 100 miles to shop this store and have always been happy with the way we have been treated. Management and staff deserve national recognition!

All the employees are great they greet you when you come in assist you if needed and are very nice and polite. Keep up the good work Home Depot of Springfield, Missouri.

If you can’t find Andy Garcia or Michelle in paint … good luck! Most employees are at a complete loss and they’ll quickly prove it.

I shopped the Springfield store. I had both return items and purchases. The associates in both areas were exceptional. Highly recommend this store!

After asking two employees about getting help with the key copying machine and not getting help, I happened to see an employee walk by and asked him if he could help me. He said he could, and he did.

Great experience. Bought some decking boards. The staff was very responsive and got me loaded quickly.

I tried to order 2 appliances online and had trouble so I called the help line and the foreigner could not help me so I went to the Home Depot store and the associate in appliances had the order done in about 15 minutes. He was super helpful and patient. (Edwin)

I drove 11 miles to the only HD in Springfield. The people are friendly and helpful, but I had to wait for an associate to call for help to assist me loading heavy bags of wood chips onto a cart. Then had to go back to customer service to checkout. The walk back to m SUV at the entrance to the garden center was a long way. I had to load my SUV myself. I’m 80 years old. Not a great experience.

We purchased a rolling tool box that had been displayed under a sigh showing $79.99 price. It rang up at $99.99 at the register. Cashier Shelly price adjusted the item so we were forced to wait while a price check was called.

I bought this lawnmorer last week and my wife and I love the John Deer Zero Turn 42 inch.

We had a great experience purchasing a new patio door. Great employees, fair prices.

I had to check myself out. Ridiculous. The young man watching this area was not doing anything except watching for shoplifters.
