The expertise of the employee I worked with, Chris Bailey, can't be beat. It was like receiving advice from a contactor for free and working with a trusted friend to boot.

My shopping experience at this store was extremely satisfying. The help was amazing and I was able to find everything I wanted on a very long list.

The employees at this store are professional, very friendly, and helpful. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. The store is clean and well organized. They have a wide variety of inventory. In my particular case, shipping was timely. I recommend this store for the reasons mentioned and for honest professionalism.

If you don't already know, Home Depot offers an amazing ONE YEAR guarantee on their trees and shrubs! Just have your receipt, roots, and pot when you return them to the store, if they somehow don't make it (like 3 of mine didn't.) The workers at Customer Service are the best, no questions asked, and it is no trouble at all to get a refund and head right on over to the the Garden Center and buy your replacements. I usually have really good results with my trees and shrubs, but occasionally, when I have to replace a few that didn't come back within a year, it is nice to not be out that money again.

Staff is helpful with assisting you with the location of the item and will go with you and show you where the item is.

During COVID, service remained a priority while practicing all safety mandates. Associates were extremely helpful and responsive. Store well organized, well stocked, and clean. Consistently good service.

Checked online to see if product was available. Website showed 28 available on aisle 10, bay 20. Arriving at the store, I went to this location. No product on the shelf. Another customer looking in the same area was wanting help to decide which item was the right one for his Shop Vac. An employee walked by while we were talking about not being able to find what we needed. He looked at us, obviously hearing our conversation. Kept on walking, not offering to assist. I would say that the product was not properly down stocked or your inventory/website reflects bad information. Either of which is not acceptable. I found a second choice product and went to the checkout. Employee at the self check lane asked if I found what I was looking for. I told him, No and proceeded to explain the problem to him. He did not offer any help or offer to call for assistance. He did say, “sorry about that “. Having shopped at Home Depot for over 25 years and working in the retail field, your customer service stinks. I like to shop our local businesses, even if I have to pay a little more for the product, but your service is in a decline. When I get better service at a cheaper price, I’m hard pressed not to shop online. This shopping experience at your store was one big fail on your part.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. We were able to get our questions answered, plan our purchase, and get it purchased and pick up arranged.

Chris helped me above and beyond the call of duty. He went out of his way to work on a project with me including the cutting of some PVC pipe for me. His advice and professionalism were excellent. Thank you, Chris!

Remodeling a bath room; I went on line for wall panels. I found the big box store only had rejected orders or display items. Anything else had to be ordered and pay for shipping. I went to Home Depot and found what I wanted at a better price.

Friendly staff and extremely helpful!

Chris in plumbing did a wonderful job in helping me before I arrived and during my visit. I called to check availability of a shower as I’ve had issues finding the item in stock and not damaged. I called, gave the SKU’s to Chris, he looked the items up, physically looked to make sure they were in stock and not damaged and when I arrived, he helped me get the item. Great employee!!

Employees too busy chatting in the morning to help paying customers. Seem genuinely annoyed when you interrupt their personal conversations to ask where something is.

The folks in millwork, windows, and doors were very accommodating to my large project and directed special attention to getting everything right for my special order. They worked with me from the beginning of the quote to the checkout process.

Friendly employees, and they were available to show me where products were. Wide range of products to choose from, various sizes and selections available on the shelves. Wide selection of products hardware, timber, doors, shelving, lighting, storage containers, paint products. This Home Depot has a wide selection of products to choose from. The only problem I had was how they labeled each one of their isles or lanes.

The associate Shay was very friendly and helpful. The managers had the area clean and organized, A friend of mine had a issue with there new mower last year and Home Depot stood behind it and fixed it in a timely manner . I plan on going back to buy more lawn power equipment.
