I went into the Springfield Home Depot for the viral Christmas tree because it said they had 1 left online. They were more than happy to check their systems and stockroom but were unable to find it. They offered me the display tree because they were not going to receive anymore shipments of this specific tree in store. They made my family’s whole Christmas ❤️

Could not buy the Decking materials I needed without having to be special ordered. The associates working the Pro Desk at this store were totally helpful and able to complete my purchase with total satisfaction as well as arranging appropriate delivery.

That cashier Denise took forever to ring my stuff and talked to everyone,was my turn in line felt.unimportant and didn't hit credit button to use my bank card to go thru.she was very slow not paying attention and wasting time.

I bought a $2000 motor mower from Home Depot delivery was free but the time of delivery was between 6:30 AM and 8 PM ridiculous for another amount of money. I could have gotten the window smaller. I’m not going to pay extra $20 when I’ve already spent over 2000

Good experience all around from purchase to delivery.

Love my local HD. Store is always clean, items are where they belong, and there are always lumber & flat carts available and where they should be. That’s a rarity at the other local box store. Staff is friendly, helpful and quick. As a contractor, I’m here pretty much daily, and some days multiple times a day. No question, I will always stop here over the blue store if it can be purchased here.

There are very few employees available for assistance. There are some nice employees who do try to help but they are often from another area. They usually can't answer questions for another area.

Parking should accommodate repeat in and out customers first and foremost. Pro parking is a joke. You should also have bathrooms on BOTH sides of the store, not just the far end by the PRO parking, which only holds a handful of vehicles. The online shopping parking takes up prime parking locations and Ive never seen one vehicle parked there. Insane

An older woman, Janice I believe, helped me in the paint department. She was very busy when I stopped in but was able to help all the customers as well as an employee that asked a question. She was very knowledgeable and effective as well as kind and joyful. I had previously gone to the Beavercreek location and that paint girl was the opposite…not helpful or friendly or knowledgeable. I am so glad I came to Springfield and got the help I needed. She needs a raise!

I'm generally a pretty happy guy but I went into the home Depot on bechtle like I have since I bought this house for last year and a half and as I went to the paint department cuz I always go there to look for mismatch pain and I needed several things out of paint because I am starting work on my master bedroom after I left there I just felt like I was being followed around and I don't know why I was bopping at all different departments and the store cuz I needed several things and and I had to go to I believe five different aisles and I just felt like I was being profile yes years ago I did have get into quite a bit of trouble but I am not I am for your sober and I'm not that same person please understand it drugs and others changes people mentally and physically and when we find that we have learned to live our sober lives and have like for your sober we don't not appreciate being thought of as less than or being profiled and it just kind of upset me a little bit . Got it you must understand that drug addiction is not always it's not a choice it's a disease and 99% of all people to go to rehab failed I have not failed I have four years and I've at least like to be appreciated for that otherwise on everybody there is always pretty good lady was fantastic those weird scanner guns make no sense to me but she looked at me funny because I was going to use my credit card as well yes not what I'm supposed to do like I was listening because I was covered in painting dirty and I was writing a electric bike which I do by choice I try to stay environmentally friendly and I kind of did approach the snarky attitude that she gave me. And this is not the first time it's happened but I really like this store 99% of time there's always somebody to help me answer questions or send me down the aisle cuz I get so confused in there cuz the place is gigantic and have a hard time remember things because I have brain damage so be on now I just wish they would be a little bit more considerate about this and quit passing judgment on people based on how they look or what they have or what they drive with this I don't do that with anybody and I think it's wrong

I bought a dryer on June 18. delivered on June 22 . One day later calling them ,the door won’t shut ,the steam unit runs down the front of the dryer onto the floor. They come out say yep it’s broke the customer service person says bring it back Iask when will Iget a replacement answer July23. I told him I can’t be without a dryer for a month . I ended up getting to keep the dryer that the steamer won’t work or the door has to be slammed to shut . They bring the new dryer ,they can’t hook it up because the first professional installation men took the elbow off my old dryer . They told me I would have to go back and get an elbow . I did this. .IThey said make a new appointment. I did they never show up (truck breaks down) I call them out on that lie because they used it the week before. Three week’s waiting for the dryer to be installed still hasn’t happened Iam soooo over HOME DEPOT IWILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN . I PAYED NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS CASH THE MANAGER SAID HE WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK. STILL WAITING FOR HIS CALL

Wanted a smaller stand up freezer and also bought a new Maytag refrigerator at such a good price I couldn’t resist. Friendly service, polite, helpful and very informative. Thank you.

It took 3 weeks with alot of phone calls and visits to the store to finally be able to pay and get the doors ordered. Spoke to management and they were very helpful.

Haven't received the products yet. But the service we were provided was excelent.

Everytime we go employees are always helpful! They always have what we need and someone always ask if we need help with anything. We also always see an employee, as where other places we go we can not find someone and the other stores never have what we need! Also the prices are usually cheaper!!

Well if you shop here and are a vet register you info on the website so you can use the your phone number because I was told the store manager watched the cameras for employees giving discount with ID proof which is not good. The vets need to use the website and phone number unless your Vietnam vet you don't have to worry a out the online registration. Because a phone number is more legit than a state issued ID.

I cannot reach the store by phone. I need help with installation.

Considering buying 40 volt Ryobe 20" mower to replace Toro for the back yard. It's hilly and lighter Ryobe easier for me to handle. Toro bought used not maintained extremely heavy not Self propelled. Friends email withholding @ their request.

We are never disappointed shopping at this store. They always have what we need for very reasonable rates and the employees go above and beyond for you.

I could spend hours dreaming up projects at HD, including for kids.
