Great customer service and enjoy and benefit from honoring my military service

I forgot to say Emily was my cashier. There were 3 customers in line in front of me and she got them through quickly and my wait was not long.

The staff is excellent. Douglass and David in flooring are amazing. Chanda and Tyreese in Customer service were also very helpful. On the other hand the Project loan portion of the company is absolutely a mess and needs redone. I lost 5 hours in two days dealing with them. Was approved for a $15,000.00 project card. First time in after getting my plastic card my business partner and I was interrogated by the project loan people. We passed our test and purchased $3,500.00 in flooring. The next day we went in to purchase $1,000.00 worth of carpet. My card was blocked. Spent two hours on the phone with 6 to 7 different customer service people trying to fix this issue. I was hung up on twice. Finally I had to send in my Drivers license along with my business partners to fix the issue. Absolutely unbelievable. We applied for the card. We were aproved for the card and then treated like criminals when we tried to use it.

The Home depot store in Springfiled OH. Although they did not have the refrigerator I sought in stock, the sales person, Johnny D. was able to print out the specs, explain the timeline and assist me with the purchase. It will be delivered on March 5 so I may have other comments to add after that.

I used online ordering and in store pick up due to the cost of delivery. Very quick and easy !!! I ordered the item and it was ready for pick up the next day. I walked in and out with my purchase in less than ten minutes. The item I ordered was perfect and the service I received was amazing !!! This was my first time experience with this option and I am extremely satisfied.

Yes, when you fail to deliver correct product that is paid for in full, then deliver the product on time and if not some customer service to make it right. Like, we apologize for delay, ok, so here's $50 off the product for your inconvenience, something to make it right Wrong door installed. Wrong color. Excuses but no apology, no attempt to make it right. 3 days of calling to get nothing more than well it will be a week to resolve.

I shop the Springfield, Ohio store. It's clean, well organized and has a friendly and knowledgeable staff that always helpful. Highly recommend over it's competitor's.

I gave this store a 5 because of James who came to help us as Bob was rude and didn't care to explain about a lawnmower. Was very upset with Bob and then James stepped up to help us and he did great ! James explained all we needed to know and we did buy the lawnmower. EMPLOYEES like James is the reason we will be back ! As for Bob ,shame on your customer service! If it wasn't for James helping us ,we was just going to walk out .

Debbie was a great customer service she helped me to find the item that I was looking for.

Assistance was readily available. Multiple associates were EXTREMELY helpful and resolved my problem quickly and so much better than I could have imagined.

Andy in the Paint Department is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to assist with all aspects of the paint selection and process needed to cover up previous paint on the walls. We have went back twice more and spoken to him and was able to complete our project with his help. Thanks Andy!!!

In and out, quickly! Ladies helped me locate things I needed. Check out was fast and convenient. Gentlemen also offered to load my truck for me. I’ll definitely be back.

The store is very well laid out with signs to find products and very clean. If you are still confused trying to find something, the employees are always helpful and courteous. Prices are reasonable. If you are looking for plants at the Garden area, make sure you talk to Becky. She is knowledgeable and so helpful.

Always a positive experience when going to this store. We have purchased Granite and Carpeting from them. A+

The store is arranged like all Home Depots; the products are easy enough to locate. The associates at this location are as unwelcoming and unfriendly as they can be, especially when it comes to scheduling services for home renovations. We attempted to set up an appointment just for an estimate for over a week with the store refusing to accommodate our schedules and constantly dismissing our needs. When I went in to get a refund on the deposit for undelivered services the cashier refused to say more than two words to us during the entire transaction. The entire process, and majority of my experiences have been negative at this store. In contrast, when I went to another retailer, directly across the street, they were immediately able to accommodate our schedule and needs to get our home renovations completed in a time fashion.
