I found the store bright and clean and associates happy and friendly. I found replacement screen exactly where I expected it to be and potting soil was what I was looking for. Check out was easy, quick and the carts made getting my things to the car easy.

Store attendant was very kind and helpfull, the store was very clean and organize.

Nadine he led us out and when we thanked her (she did not thank us). Her response was "no problem". There was a young male associate talking to Nadine during our transaction whom did not speak to us or acknowledge us during the transaction. We had a cart loaded with mulch and dirt and where not asked by either associate if we needed assistance with our purchase!

I am renovating my home, So far I have spent over 10,000.00 dollars in material, now I am purchasing A whole new kitchen And all new appliances plus washer and dryer this is going to cost me about 25,000.00 dollars, I also need a generator, That is how much I love Home depot..

My experience in Home Depot was great, from the time I entered the store the associate greeted me. I told what I wanted went, got and was out of the store and happily on my way to work. Thanks so much for such great customer service.

I spent quite a bit of time in this store and found overall the staff is well informed in all departments and willing to go the extra mile to make my visit productive. I shopped various departments and was pleased with all. This is a very busy store and restocking seems to take place constantly.

I love that we have a Home Depot here on St. Croix, I can get most anything I need for the home, yard or car.

I am always on the look out for best prices for St. Croix Landmarks Society and my home. Home Depot staff provided the quotes I needed for building materials. Service was great! I also took time to visit the garden center to see if there were new orchids. I missed out, but I will be back!

I never set foot in this store and never met her yet LOUISA took my order over the phone charged my Depot card and drove my product to the airport got it on a plane and sent it to ST Thomas for me for a $108.83 order NEVER has a sales person gone out of their way like this She Must Be a Sweetheart and a Super SPECIAL Person wish more sales people were like HER

When ever I come into the Home Depot store here on St. Croix, I am always greeted with new and different items that are in season. Plants and out door furniture. Love to shop here for home products than shopping for clothes.

The cashier was extremely helpful. The products were easy to find. The store was clean.

The store is very attractively laid out, and employees are very helpful. There is an extensive garden center outdoors, so you can check which plants will grow well in that climate. And the employees there are particularly good at guiding you. The paint department is also very helpful, and I have been able to order outdoor paint in large quantity and have it mixed and picked up by the painter the next day.

The store has Great customer service and very good prices.

My visit was saved by the senior help desk associate, Vidalia and the floor associate she called to find an item in the storage stock that was empty on the shelf. They were great: friendly and helpful.

store was fairly organized but still alot of stuff in the isles to be stocked

This store is located in a very accessible area with plenty of parking. The sales for help are very knowledgable about where products are located. I am always pleased with the cost of items I need. There are items I will purchase at Home Depot instead at the grocery store because of the value. Items such as cleaning and laundry items are always a better value. My husband visits the store several times a week.

We found exactly what we were looking for and while loading the carton into our cart heard a loud rattling noise. We asked an assistant to help us open the box to check the contents for breakage and he was very courteous and polite while performing this task. We found out there wasn't anything broken but that some of the shelves were loose and shifting around inside the box. He even helped us carry the item to our vehicle which we truly appreciated since both of us are senior citizens and did need someone to help us with this purchase.

Home Depot makes it so easy to complete all your household needs in one place. The aisles are clearly marked, and the shelves well stocked. I have found helpful associates and excellent products, both here and in the states.....and your garden shop is excellent.
