Great Customer Service!

Desmond helped me from start to finish and was very helpful and quick.

The store is neat and associate very friendly

The employees were very helpful with the tiles I was picking up. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. The employees working in paint always knowledgeable, patient and willing to help.

I am always greeted by a friendly employee every time I enter. I am always assisted to find what I am looking for. If they are out of an item the contact other nearby stores to find it for me. They issue apologies easily and offer alternatives. The store is pretty clean considering that they are always working. The bathroom are amazine. It looks like I walked into Macy's.

Convienently located, store was clean and free of obstacles. Product was easy to find with the added assistant form an associate.

This is the second time I have left Lowes to go to home depot because i could not get an associate to help. Home depot has associates there that come to you to help, you do not go running through the store to find help.

Haven't been to Home Depot in awhile. Now I remember why. If you're looking to spend your money somewhere where you can be treated rudely and not get help from a store associate, this is the place for you! I prefer good customer service and helpful associates, so I'm going to continue to pass on Home Depot. The customer service/returns associate was incredibly rude (I wish I could give her name). I needed help in plumbing and after three overhead pages, no one EVER showed up. No one seemed to care either. I left the store with no help and no product in hand. It was a good reminder why I don't shop here.

The Pro Desk does a great job helping us purchase materials and everyone else in the store is very helpful from filling our orders to delivery and taking care of all the details in between. We've had nothing but good experiences at Home Depot.

The kindness of the staff, treating me as a human being not just a customer, that kind of treatment is rare in stores.

Associates in Electrical, cabinetry, Tools and Hardware are always helpful and proactive when I visit the Stafford Home Depot.

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I recently bought several gallons of paint for various projects. Dave in the paint department was extremely knowledgeable and his is customer service skills are outstanding. He’s was very polite, patient and attentive while addressing my concerns with how to tips and detailed instructions.His people skills, painting knowledge, clear easy to understand advice are very comforting and reassuring. Thank you Dave.

My honey-do list easily rivals many of my friends. And recent, it jumped up to another level. As someone with limited wood working knowledge, my loving wife thought it would be a great idea if we BUILT some loft beds for our two oldest children. Thanks Pinterest! All I was armed with were the bed’s plans when I went to the Stafford, VA, Home Depot. Fortunately, I was able to meet Mr. Q in the lumber department. Mr. Q seemed to know every possibly thing there was to know about wood. When I told him what I was trying to do and who would be using the beds, he suggested the best wood for the job. Then when he saw my plans, he instantly knew how much wood it would take to complete my project. In order for me to get a better handle on what I was doing, he even cut my wood to the cut list and labeled it all for me. Because of his help, I was able to finish the project in a little over one week minus one cut angle I couldn’t figure out on my own. So I brought that problem back in to Mr. Q. He took the time to walk me over to the miter saws and gave me an impromptu call on how to use the saw to get the angle I needed. My wife and kids love the beds! And I honestly believe that I would not have been able to accomplish my project without the help and guidance from Mr. Q. I am 100% satisfied with his knowledge and expertise and I've already recommended him and Home Depot to my own friends and family for his customer service, and sale after the sale.

Home Depot has always had the products i need for my projects. Customer service and Paint Department were excellent in meeting my needs and waiting time was acceptable.

THE ASSOCIATES AT THIS STORE WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I HAVE VISITED THIS STORE 3 TIMES IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS AND EACH TIME THE ASSOCIATES HAVE HELPED ME FIND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN DIFFERENT TYPES OF ITEMS I WAS SEEKING.

They always have what I need for my more "construction type" of projects (though I sometimes have to go someplace else if the project is more "decorative" in nature). The employees are knowledeable and friendly. I always enjoy shopping (and sometimes even renting equipment) there!

I was looking to replace two screws that stripped out while I was putting a chair together and was looking for a store associate to help me make sure that they were correct. I had not one, but two associates look at me as I approached and then either turned away or engaged in a long distance conversation so that they didn't have to help me. Would not shop there again if you paid me.

I love this store everything about this store the people are super friendly and knowledgable. However, do not go into the bathroom. The Men's bathroom was a mess and I couldn't wait to get out of there.
