I purchased a saw for my husband for Father's Day. I didn't know what type or style to buy, but an associate was readily available to answer my questions and to assist me with getting up to the checkout line. After paying for my purchase another young man was available to help me load the table saw into my van. I appreciate the availability of staff to answer questions and assist with getting the item to the checkout and into my vehicle.

I always find exactly what I need, and when I can't find it a sales associate is always willing and able to help me. Everyone, from front door greeters, throughout the store, to checkout, is cheerful and polite.

Been shopping at this location for a while and always happy... rental department gave me the attention I needed and has the expertise to help even a professional like me.

Able to get in and out fast and get the products I needed. Terrin in Pro services made me feel at home as usual.

We seem to have no problems finding what we need at the Stafford store; associates ready to answer question with no problems

I spend at least a couple times a week at the Stafford store and the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. This goes from those in the various departments to the cashiers. Most times they only have one register open, the others being served by self-serve but whenever there is crowd, whether at registers or the customer service, they bring in other employees to help out. It is my favorite store to shop.

I enjoy shopping at this store. It's close to my home. The staff is knowledgeable of the products sold and how best to employ them with home improvement projects. I have and will continue to recommend this store to my family, friends, and associates.

WENT IN ON MEMORIAL DAY TO PURCHASE SOME COLORFUL PLANTS FOR OUR GARDEN. ALL THE ASSOCIATES WHERE REALLY HELPHFUL IN HELPING ME CHOOSE THE RIGHT FLOWER FOR THE AREA AS WELL AS HELPING ME FIND TH ENCESARY TOOLS FOR GARDENING.

Super happy as usual with the paint desks knowledge and helpfulness. Once tried the other guys for paint matching was told there was no guarantee before I even showed them a color, left faster then I came and went out of my way to the Depot. No problem paint matching here, and associates can tell sheen differences very well.

I'm a General contractor that is at this Home Depot almost daily. Terrin, Theresa, and the other ladies at the pro desk are super knowledgeable and always willing to help. I recently tore my Meniscus and went to the the Depot to get 2 cycle oil. Theresa stopped me as I limped by the Pro desk on the way to the other end of the store to get the oil and asked me what happened to my leg. i explained and she then told me to sit down and went and got all 2 cycle oils and brought them back to me to select and purchase, so I wouldn't have to walk to them! Now that is what I call customer service. Just one of the many great experiences at this location.

Even though the boxes clearly indicate I purchased the items at the store (had label on the unopened boxes with store number clearly displayed) I was unable to return 19 expensive porcelain tiles I purchased at this store since I did not have receipt (willing to accept gift card). Although they did try to look it up, based on my CC they could not find receipt. My CC had change since I had purchased them with an older CC number (new card was issued due to false charges - hacked number). Since I no longer have the old CC they could not find it and it appears the store no longer caries this particular pattern. Considering I spend about $500 a month at this store you would think they would want to keep my business but apparently not.

I was very happy with assistance I received and was able to get in and out of the store in no time, and back to continue with my project!

I was able to find all the items I needed for my MWE project in quick time and was in and out of the store. The store was very clean and the cashier was very nice and pleasant.

Went here to redo our backyards and I loved it. Associates were helpful and kind. Everything was a great experience and prices were low.

For this last visit I needed pressure treated lumber and a come-along. I couldn't find the come-along in the tool department so asked an associate that was walking down the main aisle. She knew exactly what I wanted, walked me directly to the area and asked if this was what I was looking for. The ones on the shelf had straps or belts, I mentioned that I was hoping for one with a cable. The associate looked on the shelf and noticed there was an empty space for a heavier duty come-along, she said let me see if we have any and typed something into a hand device that she had with her. Looked a few shelves higher and said there they are (there were two). I started reaching though it was a little high but she let me get that for you and brought over a yellow step ladder that was not too far on the isle. Handed me one of the boxes and she asked if that was what I was looking for, Yes it was. The associate then asked if I there was anything else that she could assist me with and I said no. She placed the other come-along on the shelf to stock and wished me wonderful day. I got my pressure treated lumber and left happy. The sales associate at the register asked if I needed help loading my vehicle, I said no. The Home Depot is always a pleasant experience and everyone is so helpful. If they don't know the answer they find it. Unlike Lowes, but that is a whole other story.

Great convenient neighborhood store; just wish their were a few more products carried in-store.

We have both Lowe's and Home Depot in the same area but I prefer going to Home Depot mostly because the store associates are always friendly and helpful. I can also attest they seem to be more knowledgeable about the products, "how to", and even where to find the items I am searching for. In this particular case the store associate helped me decide on which flooring to use for home gym going in the basement. He pointed out several options and even took the time to discus the pros and cons (including price per sq ft, etc.).

Store associates were very helpful professional and knowledgable. They were very quick to answer any and all questions to the best of their ability. If they didn't have the answer they found another employee that could better help you. I would recommend this store to anybody looking for home improvement needs.

Employees are always friendly and if they pass by ask if you need any help. Cashier at self checkout was cheerful and helpful.

After receiving abysmal customer service from Lowes in Stafford, I went to Home Depot. Superb customer service from the associate... reviewed in stock merchandise, answered all product/delivery questions, and set-up delivery for a riding mower. I wish all sales associates/managers are as patient and kind as this individual!!!

The store is usually busy on Sundays, yet two employees helped me find everything I needed to buy. Even the carts were taken from the lot in a timely manner. This particular store is the best in northern Virginia!

I came in looking for several things around the store and needed help. William was able to help me with all of my needs in several areas of the store. He found me quickly, I didn't have to wonder around searching for someone. He was knowledgeable of the store and knew what he was doing. I was so happy that one person was able to help in several areas of the store rather than having to find a different person for each department. It made my shopping much easier and faster with William being trained in these areas. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience and will be coming back here.

She greeted me even though she had customers in her checkout line. I was reading the isles when she came & asked if she could help me look for anything in particular. Not only did she direct me where I could find what I came for but she let me know about a great sale happening with similar plants!! I ended up checking out with her too & that's when she told me about this survey. Definitely glad to give feedback especially if it'll encourage you all to keep up the good work!!!
