I first went on line to see if you had the product and it said you did .I called the store and talked to customer service .she said that the person in the area I needed was busy and asked for my phone number .I gave it to her. 2 hours later I still have not received a call and called back the person was still with some one and she said she would call me back .In 35 to 45 min she did and confirmed it was in stock .I went to pick it up and in the store It was running like a well oiled machine. every thing went smooth .wish it had started off like that.

I got exactly what I needed while shopping! I did this!

THE STORE IS WELL STOCKED AND I DO NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO GET WHAT I NEED FOR THE PROJECTS I DO.

The item that most impresses me is the genuinely good attitude your people have. When you talk to them, they look you in the eye--not off into a far corner of the store. After helping, they always ask if there is anything else they can do for you. If they do not know the answer, they contact someone who does.

Patti approached my husband and I in the door aisle and asked if we needed assistance. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, pros and cons, installation requirements, and pricing. With her help we were able to select the best product for our needs. We really appreciated the way that she helped us in such a friendly, efficient manner. Britt was also very helpful, and the cashier was very friendly and efficient.

I needed grout for a bath project I was working on. So I made a special trip to Statesville just to run in and pick up this one thing. As I walked in, there was a customer at the counter but the cashier still popped her head up and welcomed me. That was nice. I knew where flooring was but not the exact location of the grout. As I was heading to the general area, Rena offered to help and took me to where I needed to go. She was very helpful but not to pushy. Which was nice. I selected my product and then met with Ray who is one of the most awesome people I have come across in a long time. He was helpful, knowledgeable, uplifting and most of all, encouraging. I'm ready to take on more projects after meeting him. He carried my products up front as I had neglected to get a buggie. And Cathy who was also super friendly and helpful rung me up. Diana had also introduced herself to make sure I had a Home Depot credit card. I cannot say enough about the people in this store. I only remember a few names, but everyone made me feel welcome and truly wanted to help. That is a quality that needs to be cherished and nourished. Managers don't take that for granted. For these people are the heart and lifeblood of your business.

Good selection of products, easy to navigate the store. When we needed help, associates were available and either knew the answer or very quickly found another associate who did. One of the Home Depot stores in the area where we prefer to shop.

We had two associates working with us to help us find the products that would best fit our budget constraints. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of each product we looked at, which eventually helped us make an informed decision. April went out of her way to price out all of the products that we were considering. Unfortunately, I don't know the gentleman's name that also helped us.

I do many home improvement project and wouldn't go anywhere else to get started with my projects!

The gentleman in the paint dept. was EXTREMELY helpful and kind!! He went above and beyond for us!! The cashier was so friendly, kind and helpful!! This was the second time we have dealt with her and she's great!! Will definately be back!!

Store Associate Rich was very helpful in suggesting materials my daughter and I could use to construct a puzzle board. He took us personally to the aisle where the materials were located and, thanks to him, we were able to make a well-informed choice. My 9-year-old daughter is very happy with the purchase!

I had unsuccessfully been to two other large hardware stores looking for a roof vent cover. When I went to Home Depot, the sales associate immediately understood what I was looking for and took me directly to the part. In the future, I plan to check with Home Depot first.

I hope that cashier, Martha - MXW1687 can be recognized in some way. She was quick to check us out, helpful, very friendly and courteous. I hope we get a cashier like her every time we visit one of your locations. She left a great impression on myself and our 11 year old daughter.
