The store was clean & well lit. An associate met me at the door and directed me to the product I came for. Very helpful. Price was reasonable.

I was setting up my child's new bed (good old IKEA instructions and I don't agree) and I accidentally screwed something wrong and it would not come out. I took the piece to HD and was hoping someone could suggest what to do. An associate named Doug was very knowledgeable and helped me immensely without making me feel like a klutz in addition explained how the other parts should go and let me know i could come back or call in for any clarification. When checking out I noticed it was the same cashier that was so genuinely friendly and professional the last time I was there. I made sure to get her name this time, Monique. She is one of those people that just makes an impression on you because you can feel and see their genuine kindness. HD is my go to place from now on.

Always have a positive experience at this store. Product selections cover a very wide range. Flowers and plants offered are outstanding.

EVERY CORNER WE TURNED SOMEONE WAS IN OUR FACE EITHER ASKING IF WE NEEDED HELP OR ASKING WHAT TYPE OF AIR CONDITION UNIT WE USED IN OUR HOME... HOW IS AN A/C UNIT AND TOILET PLUMBING RELATED???

The cashier that checked us out was awesome! His name was Matt and if you guys stop by, make sure you get Matt. He was extremely helpful with locating anything we needed in the store and was just a pleasure to be around.

Anthony Dagostino was so helpful-not the first time dealing with him, that is why I come back to HD! After talking on the phone about a refrigerator we were interested in buying, he had the information regarding this refrigerator ready and printed out when I showed up to meet with him today. He made purchasing this LG Refrigerator effortless, all I had to do was sign. He even sought and received permission from the GM to get 24 mo. finance on the $4120.00 we paid for this unit. Anthony is a very intelligent man, and he really knows what he is doing! He is a really nice human being and a credit to Home Depot. I can't say enough about all the positive qualities he has-he is a real gem! Take good care of him-I want him around for a long while. As long as he is at Rivergate, Charlotte, NC, I will remain exclusively a Home Depot fan and customer!

Every time I ask for help, I certainly get it. I needed no less than 3 employees this time for 3 different things in 3 different areas. I am always greeted by smiling, helpful associates at this location.

I have been rehabbing my home the last year and I have had no problems finding the products I need. I have only had to return products I didn't need. The staff are "People Friendly" as am I. I have considered applying for employment at this store

Every shopping experience I have had a Home Depot has been great. The store associates are friendly, courteous and professional. The ease of finding exactly what I need is perfect!!! Home Depot is my home renovation store of choice and will remain to be from now on.

I frequent this location and the associates are usually always available to assist. I have purchased thousands in flowers and plants here and they survive and do well each season. This is a good location to shop for your home improvement needs.

We go there every morning just about because we are renovating duplexes and it is always a pleasant experience. There is always someone around who will drop what they're doing to come help you and they know what they're talking about or will get you someone who does.

Awesome experience! Everyone was so helpful. I got everything I needed, price was right, and no wait in line. Must have been asked 10 times how I was doing and if I needed any help. Highly recommend!
