A very good experience from finding products right thru checkout.

Needed help with plant selection & service loading and unloading my cart in my car.

I went to Home Depot to buy hay for my new lawn and had no idea what I was doing. Dave from the Lot was SO helpful to me!! He went and got the hay, then realized that it was going to make a mess in my car. He went and found plastic bags, put the hay in the bags and loaded it into my car. So nice! Thank you so much for helping me!! I really appreciate it! I will definitely return to this store.

My experience in this store was wonderful and I will continue to go back for the products I need for my residence.

The store seems to have perked up a bit - aisles look less cluttered and more associates are moving about. Overall, a good shopping experience.

Lots of gardening materials to choose from always clean

I am so tired of going to that store and purchasing lumber and have to either carry it out myself or load my own vehicle with these purchases. I had a trailer for this purchase and had to load it myself until Rob asked if I needed help.

When I enter the store, I was greeted and routed to the area I needed to find. At the area it took just askew minutes to find an associate(s) to help me find what I needed, and then they helped me understand how best to use the product I bought.

Web site showed store availability of an item as "5" & once at store, Associate showed listing s "On-Line" only. Kicker here was it was for a rechargeable 18v battery on a weed whacker they had currently in-stock on the shelf?!?!?! So buy the item but don't expect to get a spare battery?

went in to look for plants for planters and garden disappointed with selection maybe due to weather found tomato cages and price was good

The outside portion of the store could be better organized. I was hoping for more choices in colors of the rose bushes that I was looking to purchase.

I had to make several trips to pick up mulch and due to a previous surgery, it was difficult to move the bags and load them in my vehicle. When I asked an associate to help me, he did so without question. He made sure that he loaded them in my vehicle and even questioned whether I had assistance getting them out at home. He was very friendly and courteous, and actually helped me on several trips that I had to make to get all I needed. It's great to have a store that encourages their employees to help out, and then he thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. What a great experience.

Store was not very clean there were not a lot of people around to help and there was not a lot of product available I don't feel as good as it was 10 years ago they need to update the product and keep the store cleanp

I went into the store expecting to have a difficult time finding someone to help me but was pleasantly surprised to find an associate immediately and get the help I needed

I went to a store next to Home Depot for leaf bags and they were out. I went over to Home Depot and as soon as I walked in and was greeted by an outside vendor, as I was talking to him. I spotted the bags within 5 minutes. I like being able to find an item with ease without having to venture throughout the store in search for something that's out of stock.

The Stratford location always have great customer service. Keep up the good work.

Was good found everything pretty easily found a drill that the store owns and returned it to the main desk lucky it wasn't stolen got a great deal on an extension ladder all in all not bad

Always glad to find what I'm looking for. Missed Black Friday sale but items I wanted still at a lower price and worth value.
