My favorite thing about Home Depot is the register asks me if i I wa a receipt emailed. I love this feature as I always lose receipts.

I am a paraprofessional in Stratford High School 's English As A Second Language ESOL program. Having the pleasure of working with bright, positive thinking young men and women from all over the world, I am truly delighted to see so many diversified ESOL students employed in the Stratford Home Depot! Thank- you for hiring them! As store associates, they value their jobs ,work hard, and learn to juggle school and learn all about Home Depot products. Peter Lee Mesidor is a ESOL. SHS graduate, working in your store while attending college. He keeps the aisles free of debris and assists patrons and my family especially in the summer patio furniture, grills and plants department. Peter walked me to the carpet department to consult with Ms. Mary Beth Brainard, a flooring specialist. Both Peter Lee and Mary Beth were helpful, understanding, and polite. Mary Beth really knew her stuff, listened to our needs and finances ( we have four sons) and came up with quality padding and carpeting within our budget. Can't wait to have it installed. My overall experiences in Home Depot have been favorable.sometimes I get tired walking around in your large store!

Bryan, Vinny and matt were very good at setting me and my husband up for an installation on our storm door and setting me up with pro extra to save money on the paint for our house and other benefits of it.

I shop at Stratford on a regular basis. My only grip is the return personell, everyone should be treated equally. I understand the need of an ID and receipt. Sometimes you misplace the receipt with that being said you shouldn't get looked at as a shopplifter because you misplaced your receipt and the customer in front of you has a store credit card which you didn't even verify. Ijs.

I purchased a snow blower today at my local Home Depot and would highly recommend this store and its employees to anyone. The people who helped me find and assemble the machine were exceptionally polite, helpful and competent.

This store is a good place to stay away from. I had a bad experience here with being over charged for items. So with that said I would highly recommend that you clearly check your sales receipt before leaving.

I had an extremely pleasant experience shopping at this store. The Manager ( April) and Associates ( Tim, Worlbee, and Danasia) provided the utmost in customer care. They were knowledgeable and professional and made my shopping trip a pleasurable experience. Thank you! The store itself was immaculate and well organized! On my way to the restroom, I was impressed by how neat and organized the building supplies section was presented. There were so many products that caught my eye because they were neatly displayed ( the wood lattice panels for example). I literally stood there envisioning a future project for my husband. Looking forward to my next visit!

We have visited other Home Depots in the surrounding areas but nothing compares to the attention that you will receive from the employees that know their stuff that work at the Stratford Home Depot store # 6225. Each time we visited the Stratford Home Depot for appliances products for renovating our home and continued purchases throughout the years we have encountered each department head and other employees and each department and we can not say one bad word about any of them they're the best at what they do and you will have the best experience going to the Stratford Home Depot.

never have a problem at this location. easy in easy out things are organized and the staff at this location has their act together.
