Ordering items online for pick-up was easy and painless. The items were ready the same day, and picking them up was simple. I was in and out of the store within 5-10 minutes.

Every single employee greeted us and asked us how we were and if we needed any help. That is the first Home Depot that has done that and you should be proud of your employees!

Products were available-I put associate availability and helpfulness at a 3/5 because nobody asked me if I needed any assistance or greeted me which today goes a long way. In fact-the only time anybody talked to me other than when I checked out was when I was leaving the store when an employee asked me, "Hey man, do you have a cigarette?" I personally didn't mind being asked (not a smoker so I said no) however it hurts the image of that location knowing that every guest of this location that walked out after me were probably asked the same question. There will be people who do not care to be asked that especially after not being greeted or anything. I will not be recommending this location and will be trying Lowes in Streetsboro next time hoping for a better experience. I was at Target yesterday in Aurora and every employee that I walked by happened to smile, say hello and asked me if I needed anything at all. They were all friendly and offered extra information pertinent to finding other brands of the products I was shopping for. It was early in the morning as well as was this visit. It was a visit that conveyed a strong leadership within that store.

I came in for a ladder, and a custom order. After shopping prices, on Lowe's app, and with Home Depot, I picked up the the exact same ladder for 20 bucks cheaper. My special order, I thought would be impossible, but they made it happen! I am exceedingly pleased. Home Depot you rock!

The employee came out of his way to help me with a product I was not real sure about,. We figured it out together and then he took me to another dept. and found what else I needed. He cut the wood and then he took it up to the check out for me. The cashier was also very warm, friendly , pleasant and helpful. Because of these two great employees it was a very pleasant visit for me .

I needed a desk fan because my new workplace is so hot. Pat and Daniell we so nice to get what I needed from a pallet in the overhead.

I visited HD on a Sunday afternoon to shop for a new tool bag. I had questions as to availability and location. The associate indicated that there were two locations where tool bags were located. One in electrical and the other in hardware. There was a good selection from various manufacturers. The pricing was in line with other stores and suppliers I reveiwed prior to going to the store. I ended up spending less than I anticipated on a good quality product. I visited the tool rental area to inquire about a future project I have and was impressed as to the knowledge of the associates and recommendations on parts of the project.

I am in the store very frequently mostly to get materials and tools for jobs. This also requires the renting of a wide variety of tools. I used to rent from one of the other stores but it has been proven time after time that the Streetsboro store maintains their tools much better than the other stores in the area. Whenever possible I search out Jack for assistance with my rentals not just because of his knowledge about tools, but for his level headed approach and lets get the job done attitude. You need more like him in tool rental.

I received excellent service from your associate Donna D. (appliance specialist). She was helpful in choosing an alternative dryer when the one that matched the washer would not be available for several weeks and I needed to complete a purchase and install promptly. The delivery was completed as promise. The delivery personnel were courteous and efficient. It was a rewarding experience to receive excellent service. Keep up the good work.

Yes things went well in store. Asked for help to find what I was looking for. Clerk was helpful. Store was well organized and clean. Check out was painless and quick. Sales associate was friendly.

The store is kept in good order. The associates are friendly and helpful. Products are good and reasonably priced. I have never had a problem at the store. The only complaint is the quality of the lumber. I find that on some occasions it is sub-standard. This, however, is not a reflection on the individual store.

Good visit found what I wanted from homedepot.com went to store and picked it up. Did not like that only registered open was self serve. But associate was very helpful in helping me check out.

We shopped at Lowe's for a long time today looking for the items we needed. As usual, the store associates were tough to locate & when they were found, they had "no clue." We then went to Home Depot, quickly found a friendly associate who was helpful; we were out of there in just a few minutes!

I only ran into one associate who was wrapped up with a customer at the time. It would be ideal if there were more experienced associates to consult with. As a DIYer, having a technical resource available would give me more confidence in my buying decisions. Also the parking lot needs more cart racks near the parking isles in front of the entrance.

Products were all available clearly marked and priced. No congestion in aisles plenty of wagons available. Very friendly and competent staff.

I shop at Streetsboro Home Depot for more then 15 years. it is a happy experience

Last visit I made an observation about stairs and ladders being in the way of shelves and isle ways to the store manager. My last visit I didn't see a single ladder that was blocking product. Thanks for listening and keep up the great work

I was searching for electrical products that are beyond my knowledge, but I had a list. Found a store associate and he found my items in 5 minutes and I was gone ... for the non-mechanical, it was a perfect visit!

Phone Penske direct (Thurs., reservation #51883364 - spoke with Anthony) to rent 16' box truck which was promised to be at S'boro Home Depot store by 7/25/15 by 7a.m. - planned to pick up approx. 9a.m. on Sat. Sat., 7/25 - I receive a phone all from Kelsey who tells me the 16' truck rental was delayed, asking if I could take a 26' truck (which I could not, due to space in both apartment complexes), then I was asked could I wait till 10a.m. (which I explained would cost me labor for 8 people waiting at the S'boro apt. at 9a.m. ) Kelsey was professional & present (as was Anthony) but the fact is I made arrangements - the truck was promised to be on time - and it was not available. I phoned back to Oakwood and spoke with Kelsey at 8:50a.m. and she explained she had located a 16' box truck and it was enroute from Kent, Oh (should have taken 15 minutes to be in S'boro). Pamela at the tool rental desk was most apologetic and kind, professional, etc. She placed a phone call and had me speak with Gary (I'm assuming also from Penske) who explained the truck was still enroute at 9:40a.m. - The truck finally arrive at approx. 10:05a.m. Kudos to Pamela from Home Depot - she was absolutely one of the most compassionate caring professionals. Not happy with Penske - what are reservations for?

The staff are incredibly helpful! The products offered are really well priced.

I went to the paint and drywall workshop and really got a lot out of it thanks to the informative instructor. Plus I learned about all the supplies I would need to get started. I am a new first time home buyer and all of this is new to me, so I felt very fortunate to have a great resource at Home Depot.

I was greeted upon entering. The associates at the paint counter were knowledgeable and very helpful. Clerks passing in the aisle greeted you. Upon checking out clerks were there to assist and thanked you for shopping. Overall I thought this Home Depot was outstanding in service and also in the quality of products.
