Apparently customer service is not important in lawn and garden. There were no regular buggys in the store (only heavy-duty), and upon asking employee I was told to go back to the parking lot and get one from the buggy roundup space!!!

As a woman, I am usually treated as a nuisance when I ask for help at home stores. At Home Depot I am treated with respect.

I was ordering items for a home in the bahamas that was damaged last fall from hurrican Dorain. I was having problems getting my orders and lists together and I asked for help from the pro desk. Karen and Nanette came to my rescue with helping me find my orders, getting the items the store did not have in stock and mixing my paint. If not for the help of these two I would still be trying to figure out what I needed. It is nice to see that excellent customer service still exist. Thank you Stuart Home Depot employees Karen and Nanette.

Home Depot has really stepped it up with the new changes and paint and organization of the Stuart Store. It is nice that they did not rest on their success and let the store "run itself." The employees seem fresh and knowledgeable. I even enjoyed making a planter a few months ago. Home Depot has kept the store clean and organized. I have not been in the store without someone offering to help me or - when I do ask (key making for instance) for assistance and that particular person cannot help at that moment - they will page an associate and 'VOILA' they appear and quickly! Thanks for the pleasurable shopping environment.

The Home depot store in Stuart Fl. has an exceptionally friendly staff and the amount of product is terrific. In addition i have never asked a question that someone working in the store could not answer. Plenty of parking.

Everyone at this location is always friendly and very helpful. My husband and I are always going and getting things for different projects and we can always count on receiving excellent assistance.

I had an issue with my RIDGID 18v hammer drill and had found Ridgid’s LSA is not what it used to be. After sending it in to RIDGID from the closest store with a tool rental department, I waited over a month to get it back & the Chuck was still broken! The people at that store did nothing. This was very disappointing because I have invested thousands of dollars in lots and lots of rigid tools over the last 10 years. At any rate, I had pretty much given up on it when I mentioned it to Karen at the pro desk. Karen and Jackie, the assistant store manager, took care of me as though they actually valued my business (which was very refreshing). I hope that RIDGID will rethink their current approach to customer service and begin honoring their lifetime service agreement like they used to. In the meantime, it is at least good to have genuinely Helpful people at my local Home Depot.

An excellent Home Depot Store.

Like all Home Depot stores, the CEO is being paid way too much for what they do and the cost cutting occurs at the store level. Very hard to find someone to help you at certain times of the day. Staff want to help, but they are overwhelmed with staff shortages. They have now made the cashiers obsolete and created a confusing front end. Crowed isles making it hard to get cart through and staff close down an isle that you need to get to.

My husband and I shop at this Home Depot store all the time. We have never had a bad experience with an employee and many of them have much experience in the departments they work in. My husband seeks many of them out when he is doing a repair or starting a project around our home.

This is a great Home Depot with a large stock and selection . I also go to the one in Jensen Beach for plants and little items that I know are there. I live closer to Jensen Beach store and have spent lots of time there for fixtures and paint. For my employer - I go to HD in Stuart.

HOME DEPOT AND LOWES ARE BOTH WITHIN 2 MILES OF MY HOME. WITHOUT FAIL, WHEN I SHOP AND COMPARE, HOME DEPOT WINS OUT EVERY TIME ON PRICE AND SELECTION. EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL

Store lacks sufficient employee who at one time were helpful. Customer Service has degraded. Difficulty finding products with rude sales staff.

Cashier Naytalya was so helpful and kind. She went way above and beyond to help me get my order completed!! She is an asset to your company!!!
