Friendly and family oriented people. Interested in you, not always about business. I like that. People greet you, you don't have to go looking for them.

The young employees at the Setvice Desk were more interested in laughing and playing around than helping customers. I ended up going to the Centennial location where I always get great customer service. The Summerlin store processed my order wrong and didn't offer to fix anything. The loaders were excellent though. Female forklift driver shows diversity!

I shop at the Home Depot on a regular basic, but never any help from their employee's.

I rely on Home depot for my household needs and enjoy shopping at this store@

Products were well stocked with a great selection. Competitive pricing.

As with most of their stores, this Home Depot is layed out well. What made this location stand out was the cleanliness and the knowledgeable staff. Great experience all in all.

When I entered the store, an employee was there to tell me which isle to go to . When I found the Isle, another employee was close by and I asked about a new garbage disposal. She showed me all selections, and recommended one of them for me, and she selected the extra parts I would need for installation. I was out of the store in good time. Thanks

If you're looking for paint Jim C, is the man to see…He was so helpful amidst the sea of paint possibilities that it was seamless. My paint was mixed to perfection and he gave me some great hints and direction.

Excellent experience, start to finish. Very pleasant for a major appliance.

Home Depot consistently has exceptional customer service. When I visited the store this week the associates were friendly and helpful. Even if it wasn't their section they led me to another associate that gladly answered my questions. The store was also clean and brightly lit. It all added up to a great shopping experience!

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IN EVERY ASPECT. STORE HAS DETERIORATED OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS. QUALITY OF EMPLOYEES IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UN-KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNCARING.. TAKE SOME LESSONS FROM LOWE'S.

The store is very clean and organized. The associate greeted me immediately and asked what I was looking for. She was familiar with the products I needed and guided me straight to the spot in the store where I could find them.

I always find what I need and at a price I'm willing to pay.

Everything I needed was easy to find. store was very clean.

I had multiple questions regarding a possible DIY repair project. I wasn't sure what the project would require or if it was worth my effort. Eric was extremely helpful. He was very friendly, patient, and thorough with his answers. He spent several minutes talking through the project with me. He helped me find the supplies I would need. He then helped me request quotes from the Redbeacon service program in case I decided to hire out the project. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Eric for providing such excellent customer service!

Walking into this store we were greeted by several employees with smiles, the store was spotless and easy to see pride is a must in this location unlike several Home Depots closer to my home location. I will shop here again even though I have a location closer to my house. Customer service at its best. Thank-you

I frequent this store quite often. I love the truck rental. It is quick and easy. I have used it several time. The employees are friendly and helpful and the prices are good.

There were available store associates in each area of the store; they were all very helpful and friendly.

When I arrived at home depot there was a employee helping a customer load material into his truck. As I passed by him he took the time to stop, gave me a friendly smile and said hello. As I entered the store there was another employee greeted me with a good day sir. I had some items to return and had no problem with that exchange. After that I had some shopping to do. I found what I was looking for fairly easy and several times I was asked if I needed any help. I had to use their bathroom facility and was surprised at how clean it was. As I checked out the cashier thank me for shopping at Home Depot and please come back again. Great customer service! Friendly atmosphere and plenty of products to choose from.

The two associates I worked with in Flooring Mr Columbus and Justin were very professional and worked diligently to get us what we needed The whole process of getting new flooring was way less stressful than we thought it would be-because of these gentleman Won't hesitate to continue working with the Summerlin store if all associates are like these gentleman

Overall the store is nicer than other Home Depots. Our sales associate, Lou, was delightful! She helped us find things we wouldn't have found without her. We will be back and hope she's there for us.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE HELP I RECIEVED FROM THE 2ND PERSON I SPOKE TO A MAN WHO HELPED ME FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THE WOMAN I ASKED AT FIRST COULDN'T BE BOTHERED AND SAID THEY DIDN'T CARRY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. (BANISTER BRACKETS)

This is one of the better HD stores in terms of staff. Its relatively small thus they don't have all the items available in their bigger counterparts.

I was able to find what I needed as I know the store quite well. The boxes that held the filters were empty. As I thought about finding an associate, one came along, as though he had read my mind and was going to stock that item. I got the items I needed immediately and was on my way. Always have a good experience when I need an associate and always have fun shopping at this Home Depot.

I recently tried to clean my Shower at my condo and when rinsing it down the head popped off my hand held shower head , I looked online and you had the model I wanted to upgrade to so I drove down and picked it up ,took all of 7 minutes ,in and out ,drove home replaced it and done in 45 minutes...then hit the pool ... Another successful job completed !

The Cashier was friendly and helpful! Would come to this store again!
