I visit this store anytime I need something, if this store has groceries I will rather shop here too instead of others. I will recommend this store to anybody, the employees are all nice, they take time of assisting shoppers. Kudos to all employees for they really know to deliver the true meaning of customer service.

Nice srore, most employees go beyond the call of duty with a few exceptions. My wife says it's my toy store.

Hurricane Prepping - All the employees were amazing. The store was packed and all customers were in full panic mode with approaching hurricane. Home Depot had plenty of employees that were well prepared to handle our needs. Employees were stationed by stacks of plywood and they loaded our carts when it was our turn in line. Very well organized. My hats are off to this store. Well done.

I had a quick response when i needed help, Plus the worker carried my item because it was heavy. Everyone was nice and I'm thankful its close to Sun City Center. I go there very often and its always been good.

EXELENT COSTUMER SERVICE

In many respects ( not all) I compare Home Depot to Walmart and Loews to Target. Loews and Target are cold environments as they try to look pretty and neat. Walmart/Home Depot do better job of merchandising and making you feel welcome.

Plenty of staff to help where needed. They are friendly and happy to be at work. Kudos to the management on that.

Employees are always very helpful getting you to the product you are looking for and getting answers to your questions.

All aisles are labeled so it makes it easy I look it up on online and find it .That way I know where it is that I came for .

This store is great in almost every aspect but.....if you are ordering major appliances and expect them to be delivered on time in the time frame they give you forget it. Twice I have ordered major appliances and twice they have failed to show in the time frame allotted. Here I sit with a hungry family waiting for a dishwasher to be delivered and installed and no word on when it is going to get here and no one can seem to contact the delivery company.

Just moved into this neighborhood a few weeks ago. We've made Lots of trips to both Home Depot and Lowes but our experiences here in Sun City Center, with wonderful, helpful, capable staff and plenty of everything we've needed, have proven Able to fill all of our needs! Nice people (staff) Clean, well stocked store Worth the trip!

I had a unique plumbing application - I wanted to install a home bathroom faucet in a boat that does not have home style plumbing. Susan, from kitchen design, quickly understood my need and gathered up a combination of adapters that allowed me to complete the installation quickly, easily, and neatly. Susan was polite, confident, and quick to find the parts I needed. I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes because of her expert help. Thank you Susan.

Great place to shop for all your DIY needs

This location has the "home town" feeling that has become a "rarity". The employees are very friendly, happy to help in search of items desired and the store is well stocked!! :)

These peoples are great if you need help you can get it. All you need is project.
