I was very happy with all the help I GOT WHILE TRYING TO find a certain item. The store is a great place for all your house hold needs.

as always......could use more cashiers....not a fan of the self-checkout.....you lose the personal touch.

The store is always neat and clean, and the employees are always helpful and friendly. This is definitely my favorite local Home Depot store. I always get good service, and I often get people who truly go out of their way to even give that 'extra'.

store is very clean, associates friendly but come on mgmnt keep stock on the shelves. I am forced to go to Lowes to find stock for jobs because I am a contractor

The cashier acknowledged my military ID Card and did not provide the discount. When asked upon returning to the Store the Cashier's answer to my reminding her of me showing my Military ID Card was "NO"! Not use to being called a liar by implication - standard of excellence until today has been top notch to include a "...thank you for your service...". On my side, I should have double checked before signing the credit card invoice. Great Store have spent literally thousands of dollars since 2013 at this store - first time this has happened but the Cashier's response was not professional.

Love shopping at this store not only is it clean but the associates there are friendly and very knowledgeable.......

At least this time an employee walked by me stacking the bags of mulch onto a cart. He walked by me and did not even say hello or offer me any assistance what so ever. WHY?!?!?!

Seven minutes previous to this purchase the cashier could not even remember my military discount from before. NO HELP was offered to load the multiple bags of mulch onto my cart or into my vehicle. WHY? Why was the cashier texting on her cell phone when I arrived at the cash register? I guess this is why she forgot about my military discount.

I came in needing 15 copies of 2 different keys. This store had me in and out within minutes with keys in hand.

The store was clean and products easy to find. My husband had a very specific request and the staff went above and beyond to get answers for him.

This is neighborhood store, the employees will go above and beyond to assist. We also bring our small dog, and the associates go out of their way to say hello to him. Some have even taken the time to learn our dogs name and will say hello to him by name.

Store clean and bright, especially for a "warehouse" type store. everybody in the store was friendly as if they were happy working in the store. A rare experience in today's retail world. Everything we looked at had a easily readable price tag-- a real pet peeve of mine to go into a store and have to ask what something costs as if they didn't want us to know the cost or didn't want to sell it.

Returned defective universal remote for a ceiling fan unfortunately the replacement remote was also defective manager did not seem to care about the defective products never apologized or showed empathy poor customer experience for someone who is new to the area as I just bought a home here 1 month ago new home

The Manager is awesome, the employees are knowledgeable and attentive to the customer. They make for a good shopping experience

The aisles are constantly clogged with items that should be on shelves. Many items are out of stock or have not reached the shelves. After check out, if you have many heavy items, it is nearly impossible to find an associate to help load the items into your vehicle.

OK with the help. I do a lot of my own handy work so I know about product before I usually go. Use the internet! I offten thought about working here part time as I'm retired. Think I could be of help!

We were shopping for blinds and we needed assistance on the ordering process and what our options were. The salesman was very friendly and was with us very quickly. He explained everything, gave us samples to look at and set an appointment up for us for measuring our windows. It was quick and a great experience with no hassles. The gentleman that was sent out to measure, was courteous and helped us make decisions on how the blinds would be installed. He will also be the person to install them, and this made us feel secure that the job will be done correctly.
