The aisle were even more cluttered and blocked than usual. I shopped there at 5PM on a Friday and stockers were all over the place, dropping pallets in the aisle (main and side). Stocking should be done late at night or when the store is closed. Perhaps this is a ploy to save a might shift? If so, it made for an unpleasant shopping experience.

I was looking for an electric grass clipper/shear, and asked the store associate to help me find what I was looking for. She immediately took me to it, recommended the best model, and explained how it worked. I was convinced and even better, that model was on sale! Got what I wanted for about half of what I estimated it would cost.

I had a great experience at this store. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by an employee who promptly connected me with a gentleman named Ben, in the kitchen design department. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful in assisting me to choose a backsplash for my kitchen. He even showed me pictures of his own kitchen design. I was also helped by Bob, in the appliance section. He was very knowledgeable about the products he has in his department and also helped me find a great deal. I was SUPER pleased with the great service I received at this location.

My cashier, Kimberly (ED) was very friendly and got me through my check-out very quickly. Thanks!!!

I come to the Sunset Hills Store, frequently. It's always a joy to see the "Store Greeter", his first name is AL. He's The Best!

Ran in the store the gal that worked there was ready and willing to help me! She helped me and said I could check out at the return counter where I was and swiped my card and was ready to go in about 10 minutes in all! Thanks for the quick friendly service!

Store was clean and popular products were displayed in main isle.

I am almost always able to find the products I want and the prices are as good or better then that of the competitors. The associates generally are friendly and helpful.

I generally know right where everything is in the store as have been there so many times before. However, this time, I had to ask an associate for help. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with my time. Check out was a breeze.

I've been coming to this store since it opened and it is a great experience, every time. You have a terrific staff and they are always very helpful, friendly, and not only know where everything is but understand and help me with using the product when I get back home. The customer service is always excellent, it never varies. This world is about people and it's the main reason I keep coming back - your folks make the experience a pleasure. Not enough assistance available in the carpet dept. The cashier was delightfully effective and pleasant.

I returned an item I had purchased on-line. I thought this process would be a hassle, but the store associate was very helpful, the process only took a few minutes.

This store is more convenient to shop which is close to my work and home.

Associates are available but not always willing to put themselves out there. The associate would not help me maneuver a heavy cart to another line. She just took the next person so that she didn't have to help me. I was very upset. However, when my husband and I were loading the bricks into the car, another associate did help without even being asked. He actually redeemed the store experience for me.

The store had everything we needed and the associates were helpful and knowledgeable about the plants and materials we needed. Went to Mendards the same day and the experience was a night and day difference in terms of product selection, ease of finding items and helpfulness of associates.

The store is clean and all the associates greet you - items are easy to find and prices are excellent.

We live between two Home Depots. The one in Sunset Hills is the one we choose due to the friendly service and helpfulness of the associates. Plus, The Dirty Dawgz are amazing!!

Easy access and quick in and out! Great lawn and garden selection!!

The aisles were clean the products were visible easy to look at. The store is great for home maintenance.

Associate went to another aisle when he saw me coming. Associate that helped me acted as if I was an inconvenience. In addition, the associate never once spoke to me while he was assisting me in the lumber department.
