My favorite Home Depot. My only complaint is that they don't have enough cashiers on duty. I refuse to use the self checkout. All the employees are very friendly. Especially those who work in the lumber department. Always very helpful.

Everyone is very nice!

Overall I have had good experiences with this store. One special experience was in Flooring with Joe Krieger as he was everything you would want to make a large purchase a Happy Experience. Need flooring Go See Joe at The Home Depot and you will not be disappointed with his professionalism, expertise and courtesy. Thanks to The Home Depot for having him on staff.

The folks at the Sunset Hills, MO, Home Depot are consistently friendly and helpful on every visit. I don't really like going to hardware stores in general, it's not my thing. But if I have to go, I have lots of choices in my area, some just as close or closer than this store, but they are so nice at this particular Home Depot, so that's where I go. I recommend!

I was in the Sunset Hills Home Depot Store today 6-24-2018 at around 4pm. I am from St. Clair Mo. so Sunset Hills is the closest store to me. I was looking for a portable a/c unit for my bedroom. I've been sleeping on my couch for over a year because my bedroom gets hot at night. I tend to sleep better on the couch because it's cooler in the living room at night, but now I'm really starting to miss my bed. I thought about getting a window unit but since I have a breezeway on my bedroom window that is tied into my home alarm system a window unit wasn't going to work. I started looking at portable a/c units and I found quite a few of them on Home Depot's website and most of them were available in the store. So instead of waiting to have one shipped to me I took a trip to the store. I asked for assistance from a cashier but she misunderstood what I was looking for. When I came back up to the front of the store I asked to speak to her manager who happened to be the Assistant Manager, Bob. I wanted the 10,000 btu unit but the only one they had out on the floor looked like the box had been opened and looked like the unit could have been returned to the store. Since Bob knew that I drove 45 minutes to purchase this item Bob was nice enough to unbox the unit for me to make sure everything was in the box and that the unit was indeed okay. This unit is quite large and since my only vehicle is a 2015 Mustang Bob disposed of the box and also had Toby help me out and load the unit into the back seat of my car because it was to large for my trunk. I just want to thank Bob for his exceptional customer service today and I also want to thank Toby for helping me get the unit into my car. It's hard to exceed my expectations but both Bob and Toby did that for me today.

the workers are great!! They are very helpful. I recommend this store to everyone. The store was clean the worker's are amazing. They had everything I needed. The worker's know about the product's in the store

I was shopping for new kitchen appliances. During two visits, I was helped by friendly and knowledgeable associates. They answered all my questions with patience and without the "hard sell". After visiting a competing retail store, I RAN back to Home Depot in Sunset Hills, MO to make my purchase. Thank you Jerry and Craig!

I am saving my review until I see if the management calls me and what they do about my dissatisfactory visit to this store. I do not think the blame is with this store. I think the blame is with the Home Depot company and their computer program.

Great experience, clean and well stocked. The employees were friendly and appeared happy. I guess the beatings have stopped.

Very friendly and helpful employees

I always receive great customer service from this store. I have been fixing up my house over the past few months and I always go in with questions about something. The staff are always very helpful and take the time to assist me.

Usually good customer service ~ but be prepared to do it ALL yourself (loading your cart, loading your vehicle, etc.) even if you are a lady in a dress. I was told this was the best store with customer service. NOT my experience today.
