Great products, prices are fair, employees are super friendly & helpful!

I visited this store to purchase peel and stick tile for a kitchen backsplash. A very nice man working in the dept (John I believe) suggested I do ceramic tile instead. I have NO experience with this but he walked me through exactly what I needed to do and even showed me how to cut the tile with a tile cutter (which I purchased). Grouting was a bit of a challenge but I got the hang of it (like he said I would). I am so thankful that he was working that night!! Amazing customer service! My kitchen looks awesome and it was cheaper than the peel and stick. He could give lessons on customer service - Home Depot is lucky to have him on their team!!

The store was in good condition and our cashier, Kierra, was great. She joked with us and got us out fast. We had a small return when we first walked in, and that was time consuming due to the customer in front of us, but everything else was great.

I knew sort of what I needed. But Mike knew exactly from my very vague explanation. He found exactly what I needed. Explained how to use it, even told me if I messed up how to fix it.

The store is fine, this survey required some answers that should have offered a "not applicable" answer since the sale didnot take place in the store, but thru the product (Rockwood) rep who had to come to my residence to show their line of goods and take measurements.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened, I'm a handyman and this store carries most of the things I need for my business. If by chance the store doesn't have an item the employees have always been gracious about looking up stock in the stores nearest my jobs, or able to let me know where else I might find the item.

Store is always clean. Employees are usually very helpful and cheerful. I frequently go to the plant/nursery department and the people there are very pleasant. The lumber area always has very nice and patient men working there who are willing to help an older woman.

In purchasing a dishwasher for our son and daughter-in-law as a Christmas gift, we shopped at the Sunset location. We had excellent help from two employees who were most helpful and knowledgeable.

From Sale to delivery of appliance was outstanding

If you need help she will help you. If she doesn't know the answer she will work hard to find one. Ask for Christine when you need help.

I WAS SHOPPING AT THIS STORE LOCATION THIS MORNING BECAUSE I NEEDED SOME ICE MELT. I WAS ASSISTED BY AN EMPLOYEE NAMED VICTORIA. SHE WAS FRIENDLY AND SAW TO IT THAT I GOT THE PRODUCT THAT I NEEDED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

We were so happy with the service we received in the flooring department. The staff was knowledgeable and provided a variety of options and ultimately helped us settle on the best option for us. They couldn't have been nicer and truly went above and beyond to help us!

I wish to give thanks to Jeff in the light bulb department. He is, by far, the single most helpful store employee I have seen and spoken to in a very long time. Home Depot and other stores....pay attention...Your employees represent you, if they are not happy working for you, it can make everyone's shopping experience a bad one.

JOHN TOCCO WAS A HUGE HELP. I NEEDED A TOILET AND NEEDED TO KNOW THE MEASURMENT OF THE BASE OF THE TOILET. SINCE THEY ARE ELEVATED, HE WAS ABLE TO GO UP AND MEASURE THE BASE FOR ME WHICH FIT PERFECTLY. HE THEN ASSISTED ME TO THE FRONT SO I COULD MAKE MY PURCHASE AND HAVE IT SET UP FOR MY HUSBAND TO PICK UP LATER. I REALLY APPRRECIATE HIS HELP, KNOWLEDGE AND FRIENDLY SERVICE!

I was going to this store to purchase a washer and dryer and I didn't have a lot of time. I walked to the appliance department and this employee came uup to me and asked if he couuuld help, He gave me not only immeadiate attention but he made me feel confident that I was buying the best appliances for the money. Thats how I like to shop.

From paint to concrete to electrical to flooring to lawn and garden, I have always gotten all the help and answers I needed to make the purchase I came for.

Seemingly "lower volume" than other stores -- could be the off hours when I go there -- very short lines and knowledgeable staff.

MIke at the garden area was sooo helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to our idea/needs. It was surreal. I've never met anyone like him before in ANY store. Attention he gave to us, help loading thing in the cart, pointing to other department, explaining things and guiding to additional areas with other things... all this with very very warm sense of humor! He made my week! I wish all the people were like him - world would be a much better place!

Always a pleasure shopping here. Can always count on associates to help, if we can't find the items for which we came. Just about every time, we pick up something for which we had not originally came, because of such a wide selection of items.

David in the electrical department was super helpful and friendly. I was initially worried since often most big box store employees lack an in-depth knowledge but that was not the case with David. Excellent customer service!
