Mike in plumbing was great! He knew the answers and made sure I got the right products.

found exactly what I was looking for and checked out in less than five minutes.

Store associates are always helpful in finding products, loading heavy items into car, returns, etc.

A lot of associates standing around talking to one another and no one asked if I needed any help/assistance.

The store has knowledgeable associates and I am happy with the priocing, but...of the various Home Depot stores I have visited (St. Charles, St. Peters, and Manchester, MO), this seems to be the one least concerned with cluttered aisles, whether from POP displays or just plain clogging the aisles with equipment.

I came to the store to buy 2x4's to refinish my home basement. Every thing was great except the quality of lumber. its a struggle to if decent 2x4's. The cashier Cathy does a great job far you.

Ron & Gary ware wonderful to deal with. I'm retired from sales, they were real "PROS".

My wife and I primarily prefer Home Depot, over its competitors, because of the accessibility and knowledgeability of the employees.

I shop Home Depot almost every weekend (always have home projects going on). Every time I visit Home Depot I receive excellent service!

Home Depot was a great place to shop. The cashier Kathy was very helpful, friendly and she knew her job very well. One of the associates couldn't speak English very well but was probably new and will fit right in soon. We always enjoy shopping at Home Depot.

Again, the Sunset Hills store is one of the best. The associate I had was shy. Made him appear disinterested.

Christine in the Paint department is AWESOME! She was very helpful and friendly in helping me with matching the colors of paint that I needed, and she was very patient and went the extra extra extra mile! She is amazing!

Miles was extremely helpful in our trip to the store. He took the time to get our pieces of lumber the appropriate size for my daughter's locker

Sales Associate could see we needed assistance but did not offer any help.

I had a perfect experience on my last visit to Home Depot. When I asked the associate working in the electrical department for help, he took me right to what I needed and offered to help me further is I needed it. And my visit was completed in a friendly manner, when my cashier Joseph was ready and offering to check me out happily and quickly.

the two associates that helped me knew that I was in a hurry, and helped me make my decisions on what to buy. They weren't pushy, but offered their opinions, and once I got home, I saw they were both correct. I would have gotten the wrong thing, and would have had to return to exchange it. Cashier caught that there was a crack in something I was buying, and she exchanged it for me. I hadn't noticed, and again, would have, once I got home. Thank you for good service.

I needed some screws to bolt down some chairs I was fefurbishing. I needed help, but got the help right away.

I wanted to order a storm door in a non-stock color and when I had decided on the one I wanted, got an associate to order it for me.

My favorite go to store for household needs, because of availability and knowledgeable, helpful employees.
