Had to return an item that was damaged during delivery. After seamlessly replacing item online, I was instructed to return item at this location. Cashier Richard was very helpful and efficient in the return process. Took less than 5 minutes! Great customer service!

Miss Sherry the cashier is very friendly and has a great attitude!! Which is becoming rare in this day and age. Sherry has great customer service !!

Store was clean. The floor was so clean you couldn't find a speck of dust or an employee anywhere on the floor. A positive experience with the cashier, extremely friendly.

I always reccommend # 3007 I do liv closer to the so. co. store but I prefer #3007

This store at Sunset Hills has the friendliest people and cashiers working there. I usually need help to find an item or two and they always are ready to help me out. I have a bad back and knees and can not walk through every aisle to find what I need. But the employees will always help me.

Great store! Awesome staff and they usually are well stocked. They have had my business for years and will for years to come.

I was looking for a particular item; however, there were none on the shelf. An employee got a forklift and pulled the product down that I needed. There seems to be a helpful employee around when you need one.

The cashier, Joseph, was the rudest most inconsiderate cashier I have had the misfortune of be checked out by in a very long time. He never spoke a single word the entire time. I was not greeted, I was not told my total purchase amount, and I was not counted my change back to me. Not a single word. This is unacceptable, rude and downright unprofessional. I will not return to this store.

We love this Home Depot and visit weekly. The only complaint we have ever had is the customer service/refund area on the weekends and during the early morning hours. The employees appear to be unhappy checking people out at this point of the store. We chose this checkout point because we are parked on that end of the store. This is the only problem we have ever experienced and it has only happened a couple times. We have been helped by the store manager to purchase our new weber for grilling, we have been helped to buy and to carry a new chiminea this past fall and we love the garden area which is always a great experience which we visited several times a week this past spring and summer.

The store is usually well stocked and employees very helpful in finding items need.

HD policy of offering a VA discount, them requiring that one apply for VA Benefits to obtain a benefit ID is not right, when an alternate ID such as my Mo DL with the expressed ID as a Veteran can be used. It is not a fake ID one must prove status by providing discharge docs to obtain it. Fortunately, I do not need VA Benfits, but I am still a VET..In Viet Nam they did not check ID's ..they just shot... Keep your discount..I can shop elsewhere..it is embarrassing ..when the clerk questions your status..and treats you like a cheater or something...instead of a thanking you for your service ... This store in particular seems to push the issue..I can go elsewhere and will!!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VARIETY OF PRODUCTS

Clean store, well managed & friendly employees.

Picked up the item that I ordered online & had some questions about an extended warranty & Cindy, at customer pickup, didn't know the answers so she called up the Home Depot office for answers. She took extra time & went waayyy out of her way to help me get the answers for my questions.I was so impressed with Cindy that I even purchased a $1 yardstick just so I could fill out a survey since my online order didn't come w/a survey ID or password. I just want the 'higher ups' to know what a great employee Cindy is.

Go to the store to look at offerings or get ideas, particularly in the Garden section. Because of the great section, I end up buying what I want/need.

This store is my favorite! I drive all the way from Illinois to shop at the Sunset Hills store mostly due to the helpful and friendly employees. If you ever need anything from the Garden Dept ask for the employee Matt! He will answer all your questions and help you with a smile on his face and a great attitude. He is definitely an asset to this store!

These guys were GREAT - I was looking for weed trimmer and the employee took me right to it. Then I became lost and one of the cashiers helped me find my car in the parking lot. I had locked my wallet in the car and could not find my keys - so the cashiers bought me burger and coke. Very Nice people. Then they called the Sunset Hills PoPo to assist me in unlocking my car. What a team. Amazing
