Military ID logged in with HD never works.

This is our go-to Home Depot Store, not only due to its proximity to our home but also because of their friendly and knowledgeable employees. Plus, they usually have the items in stock that we‘re looking for.

Great staff everything is always stocked up

The military discount system registration does not work. Phone number does not work on the purchase screen ever. Always have employee over to se see acceptance in the program on my phone.

Amanda the manager basically said yes we made a mistake, but we will not fix the problem. I am currently building 2 homes. I will now do all my business elsewhere.

I bought stackable washer/dryer for my new house. The sales person didn't include the stacking kit in my order although I asked for it. Without the kit the installers couldn't put the dryer on top of the washer. So it sits on the floor but that's ok,it doesn't work anyway. Samsung is sending repair technicians but not until December 4, one month after I bought it. I had to order the stacking kit on my own. Some sales rep told me they couldn't order it from the store. I have the kit now and hope to use it soon but I can't pick up the dryer by myself. I would have to say that I'm disappointed in the whole situation.

Most of the time I go to this store I have to ask for assistance, if I need it from for personnel. The front desk people are great.

Ended up making a big purchase mainly because of the tremendous design help that we received from Joan in the kitchen design department. She’s a gem.

I am remodeling my home. The employees have educated me with product and brands, from drywall, drywall tape and mud, with paint, flooring toilets, sinks,, and faucets etc, and I am totally satisfied with the products that were recommended that I have purchased. I started this project in April and it looks like I did it yesterday.

I appreciate the help the employees give me.

We ordered some counter tops. It was a nightmare! Things weren’t explained clearly. After going there numerous times I finally talked with Joan. She was great! Don’t have the counter tops yet but already paying on them. That to me is crazy! Plus the amount is wrong do to changes.

I came into buy a new level and tape measurer. Very helpful associates throughout.

I know why the grocier moves food but why does HD move items. Other than that I’m perfectly happy. Oh! And I always get good help❣️ OH!!!!I PAY MY BILL WITH A CHECK AND HD HAS STOPPED SENDING ME AN ENVELOPE….WHY??? I don’t like that🔨

It seems some of the employees who are older gentlemen are not excited to help. Maybe they need to be reminded of how good customer service works.

This store had my $5k worth of flooring inventory sitting for 3 days without letting me know a thing. I had to call them for them to tell that it had previously arrived! Customer service was NOT apologetic when I spoke to them and seemed very casual when I expressed my concern. This delayed my contractors from starting the job! More thank likely will not use this Home Depot when/if I have to purchase big ticket items. I’ll use them to buy my Revive Lawn Fertilizer since I can buy it and take it home with me the same day

More check out positions with real humans. I dislike the DO IT YOURSELF DESKS. ALWAYS a problem.

Had to purchase a large amount of concrete blocks for our subfloor. Sam in loading was so helpful, kind, and hardworking. Exceptional service

Local Homeowner, I have made Thousands of runs to Home Depot. I think I can fix anything with the RIGHT tools/supplies. Just go on You Tube and save Yourself Hundred's of dollars ! Really - of course you have to be handy !_

This store is well stocked and the associates are very friendly and helpful. I was in the store to purchase Behr exterior stain. This stain has lasted extremely well on my cabin at 9300 ft. In elevation. It holds up to extreme UV, wind, and snow,

My experience at The Home Depot at Southgate was excellent. I was promptly helped by Melanie in appliances and I'm happy with my selections and purchase. At a previous visit I previewed appliance selections and Rich was helpful as I compared product features. The store is clean and well lit, and I felt safe in the parking lot, which means a lot to me. I'll be back!

For once it was a relief to not have to look for help. I had a couple different people offer their opinions and help us pick the correct item that would best sute our needs.

This morning I went in to get an adapter for my kitchen they had an idea of what I needed, but not what the specifics were as far as size and things like that. I will have to say Orlando was very knowledgeable in the plumbing department and helped me a whole bunch. I am truly grateful for the experience I had this morning, amazing customer service in Orlando is a great employee with amazing customer service
