This store and staff stepped up when we needed them. This was my fathers favorite place to go because he spent his days working on the house and would often come here for supplies. He passed away due to a freak windstorm. That same storm decimated our fence. After a well-known local fencing company helped us put up a whole new fence, the store manager stepped up and offered to help by donating the wood stain we would need to complete the project. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and kindness from this store during this difficult time of grieving and rebuilding.

The service dept. Gwen and Shannon were very professional and helpful! They were very helpful in replacing my purchase which turned out to be damaged when unpacked

Helpful staff, ready to assist

Some employees are helpful to a degree, but others are as rude as can be. I don't like the idea of it being their store & they act like they are doing you a favor letting you shop there.

I was very impressed with the amount of associates readily available to help. Usually, I have to hunt an associate down to help me at other Home Depots, but this particular store had easy-to-find and very helpful associates. Thank you!

Today we went to buy a toilet, and a shower extender. We were helped by Patrick in that department. He went out of his way to compare the needs we wanted in our new toilet, and was honest about it! His knowledge, and professionalism cut our search by 45 minutes. We we so grateful we did not have to stand, and research every toilet on display. He was excellent!

I used to shop at platte branch, until one time I shopped on this branch I found people are most willing to help. so from hen on I always come to this place.

I have gone to this store several times and always have problems with the employees that work there and the management including Greg and Adam. The employees think they own the store and make the rules and policies for HD. Last experience about 1 month ago. I bought a post hole digger and then 3 days later brought the item back to return it and i had my receipt. the girl refused to let me return it. I called manager the next day and they took care of the situation. Last night 1/2/17 went in to get a replacement item that had a Lifetime Warranty. The girl refused to do an exchange. she went to a computer to "look up" my purchased WITHOUT asking for my credit card, nor scanning the item. She didn't ask for my HD credit card. confronted her about it and she said she doesn't care if I get management involved. So i called for a manager. The manager Adam was full of tattoos that were not covered and had an off putting attitude. So i was rude right back. THIS IS THE WORST HD IN COLORADO SPRINGS. This is sad especially since they are located right next to the Broadmoor. I have never had a good experience at this Location. I prefer the one on North Academy.

It's always a nice experience to shop at our Home Depot, Wish I had a $10000, just to spend here, I would!

Great store. Orderly. Well stocked. Help with paint selection was professional and friendly. The cashier was happy to help use our gift card at the self checkout station. Good trip.

It's always a pleasant experience to shop at Home Depot. Everyone is always pleasant and informative. I love it and would love to have big bucks to spend there!!

This store has the best employees with the best customer service skills of any company in Colorado Springs.

I live in Fountain where we have a large home improvement store which competes with Home Depot. This Home Depot has sales people who are knowledgeable about their products. They are more interested in making sure I chose the products that best suit my projects. They do not try to push other products just to sell their inventory. I cannot say this about their competitor in Fountain. It is worth the drive to travel to this Home Depot.

THE THREE PEOPLE WHO HELPED WITH MY REFIDGERATOR PURCHASE AND LOADING OF THE ITEM WERE SO QUICK, HAPPY AND HELPFUL THAT I WAS OUT OF THE STORE IN 30 MINUTES WHICH INCLUDED PICKING OUT THE UNIT. IMPRESSIVE!!!

Excellent store! Do not waste your time going to the one on Academy Blvd. We had a great experience at Southgate. If you have ANY plumbing questions please see Andy, he is truly among the best in the business. Thanks!

Employee Dave was so helpful and friendly. I will be shopping at this store becuase of the customer service the employees provide.

Good store, good employees. But how do they expect people to use the HD iPhone application if the in-store wifi will not allow a connection? This is an ongoing problem in this store, which has persisted for over six months.

I did my "home repair" shopping on a Sunday morning, to avoid the Monday rush. So, I did not expect the employees to be able to help me with a few difficult items. Was I Surprised!! Even the high school girl, quickly found the " white caulking, that turns clear when dry." The training at Home Depot is great. Even though I live and have my shop, half the distance to a big "L" store, past experiences have brought me back to the Home Depot the past two years. Home Depot is a great place to shop. It's even sort of fun.

Received excellent customer service from Tyler and one other employee who I did not catch the name of.

the employees were friendly and very helpful. We needed help with a kitchen remodel, the help was excellent.

If you need paint ask for Linda she is great. Got me in and out in a very short time with everything I needed. :)

Returned a Rheem tankless on-demand water heater, replacement had to be special ordered. Home Depot Customer Service representatives Amber and Shannon persevered in a pleasant and professional manner until the job was completed correctly and thoroughly. Their excellent service and professionalism establishes a high standard that makes this Home Depot store a joy to shop!

Kenyetta and Joe D stayed with me to help solve a problem I was having with a caulking gun. They went out of their way to make sure I got the problem resolved and they were delightful about it.

Generally a good store to shop when I need home improvement items.

I am happy with the variety of products but getting some help is very difficult.
