World best place to get whatever you need and by the way they have the cheapest oil and oil filters check into if

I had to return something to Home Depot. I had a receipt, and it was within the time frame. So, the return itself wasn't an issue. But I wasn't feeling well, and Deborah was so very compassionate. She treated me like a human, not like a task to be completed.

Jeff was great help getting a key made, and Joe stopped everything he was working on to help me understand how to fix multiple toilets.

Store is always clean and well stocked

Great place to shop in person

I usually have something in mind to purchase. I enter the store with a hop, skip, and jump after being greeted by Roger! I am familiar with many as I browse as they are back with me. I always leave with a smile even if I had not purchased anything that day.

The neighborhood and associated customers can be undesirable BUT.... this is my preferred depot and I drive out of my way to go to this one vs others in the area. This one is the best one in the 50 mile surrounding area IMO. I have relationships with employees throughout the store and this store is literally why my business survived year 1! I'm treated like a person and I feel valued as an everyday customer. When the Mgr took the time to introduce me to the district Mgr and we all had a chat, that sealed the deal for me. I'll use this store as long as it's open and as long as they keep treating people right. Most all associates are pleasant to deal with on a genuine level and not because it's their "job" to be nice. This location also 9.67999 out of 10, always has, in stock, what I need to get stuff done. As a multi-trade business, that's a huge bonus for me that I can go to one place and get everything instead of running around to 5 different supply houses all day. ... and it's a MILWAUKEE Heavy Duty Store! My Cashier Donna made my experience worth the trip. I own a business out of Elberton, GA, i was in Greenville for work and i rarely leave reviews but she was AWESOME.

The people at this store make this store my first choice when having to go to a HD location. As a frequent pro, I feel appreciated and everyone is always willing to help when I need it. It's location is it's weak point but also it's strong point.... it's in the middle of where I service clients but also close to the not so great parts of the area's neighborhoods and sketchy people. Customers can be "ghetto" at times and the parking lot is not where you want to leave things unattended. The store deals with way too much theft.... the locals know the dea and take advantage. Despite all that I still love this store, it's management, customer service attitude and pro desk associates that are not inept like other stores...eh hem woodruff rd, cough cough, Simpsonville. I spend a ton of money here through my business every year and will continue to do so as long as I'm appreciated and not given any lip or bad behavior from employees. Everyone I have interacted with has been pleasant to deal with and dare I say, makes it worth it for me to go out of my way and shop here vs other home depots, because I know if there's an issue I have a relationship with associates here, a support system that's ready and willing to kick into action and get things right. I dunno, I've just been treated right by mgrs and cust service at this store and the pro desk is always awesome to deal with when T.A. it's around and "making things happen"

Came in to find a part I needed. After finding the part, the self check out was closed but the cashier was avalanche and very friendly. Ashley was really quick and had a genuine smile on her face, even though it was nearly the end of the night when most are just trying to get you out the door. I really appreciate the friendly service I get everytime I come to this store.

Brittany and Robert in the flooring dept. were both friendly and professional. Store had what we needed and the customer service was exceptional. It was worth the distance!

My mother in law; husband and I shop at home depot almost daily. It always seems to have lower prices and everything we need there, we are proud to be home depot shoppers!!!!

Today while in the store I had a quick question about propane exchanges. They asked if I wanted to take care of that at the moment. I said after I pick up a few things. Much later I finally had what I need. Gabby was extremely helpful, she remembered that I needed propane and asked if I was ready. Then proceeded to set that up in the self checkout lane for me.. then ran all my others items. So all I needed to do was pay. Also while in the store. I needed some help with some products and Belle was really helpful and even listened to my story to better aid me in finding what in needed. Both of these employees were exceptional.

I came in looking for paint for a bee hive and the Home Depot representative looked up what a bee hive was to help determine the approximate amount of paint I might need. She was very interested in my project and also extremely helpful with information about various paints options.

I went in looking for a few things and thought I knew where everything was. But once in the store I want able to find what I needed. Cam was a great employee who probably could tell I was lost and stepped in and asked if I needed help. I see a lot of great people in this store who are willing to help. Also while cheeking out I forgot to put the heavy bags of fertilizer in a spot where they could scan it. Typically I get a dirty look from the cashier but Evelyn was super cheerful and was able to get it scanned after moving it around. Before I had a chance to even step in to help. Thanks for mashing this visit worth coming to Home Depot!

The store was real clean and organized

The machine didn't give me my change so the employees acted like we was lying and they wouldn't count there drawer down to the next morning so I had to wait till the next afternoon to get my seventy something dollars back

I received the worst customer service at the self checkout line from Faith at this store! The automated register alerted that a store attendant was needed for assistance and she was huddle with three other associates having a laugh fest as the machine continued to prompt associate assistant is required. So I proceeded to go get assistance from her or someone from the huddle and she came with an attitude asking what do I need help with. As I attempted to explain that the machine prompted for her assistance. She proceeded to tell me this is all I had to do but the machine again prompted for her assistance as she stood there, she still turned to me to ask rudely what did I need. The line was building and so was my temper so I stayed quiet to avoid a commotion. But I gladly got my receipt and completed this survey so I can express the horrible customer service I received from Faith at the self checkout register located at the S. Pleasantburg dr location in Greenville SC. Store#1127

I purchased a standing freezer in December 2020, but the freezer broke down four days after I received it due to no fault of Home Depot. Several of the Home Depot #1127 store employees helped me exchange my defective freezer for a new freezer. I recommend this store to anyone! ASM Gerald and Associates Toni T. and Beth are the best, and Store Manager Charles is always helpful!

It's hard to find associates eager to help on the floor in the S. Pleasantburg Store. They seem to be closing isles to load shelves during rush periods. The service desk and checkouts are great, you're on your own on the floor.

While shoppingat Home Depot today, we were served at a high level. We really appreciate the friendly service of Jhade, you can tell she was appreciative that we were there and asked us if we were able to get everything we needed. She also was able to answer a few questions I had. My daughter was buying some things for her project and she told me that Jhade was really nice. Thanks Jhade for helping us out and making this shopping experience for my daughter great!
