I needed two items, I ask an associate where I might find them, went right to them and on to checkout.

The associate at the Service Counter was helpful. I could hear him really trying ot get the warehouse guys give hime a straight up answer over the phone. The warehouse guys took too long to show up at the front, and then, they appeared to do a bunch of talking before one of them finally stepped into the forklift. And then, it took time for him to clear the area and then retrieve the item I had just purchased.

Associates are wonderful people! Keep up the great work guy's!

I only needed a few items. Before I had a chance to ask, a sales associate was right there - asking if I needed assistance. Not only was she knowledgeable and courteous, she pointed out items on my list that were on sale on a clearance display - saving me time and money! Best of all, she had exceptional customer service skills - going well above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed, at the best possible price, and confirming I had everything that might be needed to complete my job. What an exceptional experience! And so unlike a Lowe-r experience, where there are no associates to be found, but when they are - they have no knowledge or experience in the trades. KUDOS Home Depot - your sales associate saved me time & $$$... and ya' gotta love that!

Janice was with a customer but told me to wait at aisle 16. Waited well over 20 mins. She never came. The guy that originally assisted us came by twice and said she still not here. We went to look for her and she was with a new customer! Wow, I was very upset. We went to check out a candy bar and chips and saw her again with different customer. I told the check out clerk and she didn't know her name. She informed me of an online survey I can take and can write about her. On my way out I went to ask her name and saw it on her apron, then said you forgot about us! She just replied Oh I'm sorry and continued moving on. I would never give this store any more of my money!!

I can only say that Cora C. was the most Professional, Kindest, Helpful, Responsive and Thoughtful Associate that I have ever had contact with. I have had much help given to me in the past at the stores, but this was such a Wonderful Experience and is Appreciated. I came in for a vital product for my personal use, no associates were available, I waited 15 - 20 min to see one and then began searching, approached Cora C., she contacted an associate to help, I waited about 5 - 10 min, Cora C. then approached me and stated that the other associate was busy and she could help me, I told her what i needed, she took me right to it and then she even checked me out right away at the self check out. Outstanding Customer Service, Professionalism from Cora C. and Highly Appreciated.

easy to find a product. the store the bright and clean.

it gets really tiring looking for what you need but all u have are empty boxes... its really bad in plumbing... and there is never any one to help

Did all the shopping that I needed to do in a easy and clean atmosphere. Just great!!!!!!

The store has easy access to everything and products are easy to obtain. Employees are very friendly and are located through out the store to give customers help when needed

I just want to say thank you for the outstanding customer service I received while visiting your store. From the young gal who seemed to be everywhere helping and so very friendly, to the lady at the paint counter who answered ALL of my family's questions to the lady at the checkout who was more than patient with me. You all made me want to come back to your store! Thank you for making our visit a great one!

Need two places for the coffee or bigger cups ..... or put a starbucks in the store , if you did id go out of my way to shop at home depo not lowes ...you'd be one up on lowes.

Upon entering the store we were directed correctly to the aisle that we wanted to go too. We priced closet organizers and found the price for the entire set to be very reasonable...This is something we were considering as our next project but had no idea what the cost would be. We actually were there to buy a new screen door and found the perfect one with a dog door. we waited for an associate about 5 minutes and when he came he found the door in stock and loaded it onto a cart. We were on our way and I pulled the vehicle up...Jose Flores was friendly, efficient and so helpful. He tied the door in and secured it well, taking time to ensure it was done correctly. He made the trip to Home Depot such a great experience for us...Thank you Jose for going above and beyond. We wanted to tip him or buy him a soda for break but he said it was against corporate policy and he was just doing his job.

I found my shopping experience to be much less painful than I had expected. The staff was professional, friendly and went the extra mile to insure that all my shopping needs were met. They were attentive, and responded to questions about products in a very non-bias manner, allowing me to make the best choice for my needs.

Was trying to find a faucet . Under 100. ! But it has to be one hole . (This nice african american ) Just reached out . (One hole 98.49 .) Just what I wanted !, didn't catch his name tough . Very helpful I put it in soon as I got home and it works perfect . Just saying . Thanks again

Associates always eager to help you find what you are looking for

The only downfall was that they mad a mistake when delivering my shelf and it too 2 days to get it rather than one. The associates were a great help and an employee named paul was extremely helpful and gave me great ideas for improving my home. Looking to spend more money that this homedepot.

From the greeter to the check out clerk all associates were extremely nice and helpful. The products were reasonably priced and my overall experience was wonderful.

I am usually in a hurry when I shop and try to get in and out of the store as quickly as possible. When I go to Home Depot I find myself lingering in the aisles longer than I should because of all the neat tools and products they have in stock. This time I was determined to not get distracted because I needed to get a good sander for doing ceilings asap. I found an associate relatively fast and she was able to help me find a lightweight and reasonably priced sander. i got back home and had plenty of time in the day left to get the sanding done.

The associate in paint was extremely helpful in matching a paint that was several years old and I had no idea what color it was...perfect match for the small repair job that needed to be done
