My husband and I were assisted by Diane in the Plumbing Section. WOW! She knows her stuff. We plan on finding her every weekend that we visit Home Depot for our projects.

If you need help with plumbing, find Diane! She is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help! She will make sure that you are planning to do your plumbing project the right way, with the correct materials, so that you will not have to rip things apart in the future.

I found an extension cord receptacle that locks the plug into the cord so my tools and cooler does not come unplugged. I did not know such a product existed until I went looking for a replacement receptacle that had failed.

Every visit I have experienced at the Tempe Location on Warner has been terrific. Friendly. Knowledgeable Associates. Clean and Well organized products. Always a HAPPY experience.

This neighborhood store is friendly, easy to visit

I bought 2 toilets and since they haven't been installed yet, I can't judge them but the associates on three visits were helpful and provided good advice. They did all they could to make me a happy customer.

Always a HD fan, doing a reno on primary residence, able to get good info, selection and assistance for Paint & Carpet upgrade. Nice to have most all of what I need at one location. If timed right, sales / promos can help the bottom line.

Needed assistance with mixing and buying 18 gallons of paint and many other items for our home remodel. Was quickly assisted and found everything we needed. Excellent customer service from all employees and an incredibly clean store!

This store seems to have some of the most helpful of all Home Depot employees. It has been like that every time I go there. Today it was an employee named Keith who provided EXCELLENT customer service.

Diane and plumbing is the most helpful and knowledgeable woman I've ever dealt with at Home Depot .last time I was there she was in the tool department and i gave her a hard time because she wasn't in the plumbing department I feel she's so helpful in the plumbing department her time is wasted in the tool department.

The store associate was very friendly and helped me find items I needed just by describing what I wanted to do.

Disappointed that the prices have gone up since the last time I purchased these same items.

John Jensen in Pro Account is an outstanding representation of customer service and willingness to assist a customer. My mother was so happy today she wanted to hug John. He went out of his way to help her with her kitchen drawers, did not rush his time assisting us, had patience and exemplified the true values of an employee representing the company. If Home Depot was full of John Jensen's no one would shop anywhere else. His customer service today gained our long term loyalty and word of mouth

We recently purchased flooring for our home and worked with Elaine in the flooring department. She was wonderful! Helped us with every step and checked in with us frequently. Elaine really went the extra mile for us and made our experience wonderful. Thank you!

I found just what i needed, and the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me before with another project, so I was happy to see him again.

The sales associate in the bath department greeted me and with no hesitation pointed out the tub seal that eluded me. I was also looking at tool boxes and would like to see an Orange Rigid made box with high quality ball bearing drawers. made with thicker metal than the Husky boxes. I have 6 Husky boxes and they dent up easily. How about a heavy duty bright orange rigid box.

Adam at the paint service desk,who mixes the paint, gave me excellent service. He explained the different options for what I needed and help me find all products I needed for my project. He was friendly, and very helpful. i could not ask for better service. He took the time to show me how to use a product.!

BEFORE I GOT OUT OF THE CAR, THE ASSOCIATE IN THE GARDEN DEPARTMENT CAME UP TO THE CAR AS SHE SAW THAT I NEEDED HELP. I HAD BEEN A THE VET WITH MY DOG AND WONDERED IF I COULD BRING MY YORKIE INSIDE (NOT WANTING TO GO HOME FIRST). THE ASSOCIATE MADE ME FEEL VERY WELCOME AS DID THE YOUNG MAN ON THE FLOOR THAT HELPED ME LINE THE BASKET OF THE CART SO THAT THE DOG WOULD BE COMFORTABLE. I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED THIS STORE BUT NOW THEY REALLY HAVE MY LOYALTY!!!!!!!

Always enjoy my trips to Home Depot. Help is always there along with suggestions for completing whatever projects are on my horizon. Staff is friendly and the store is so convenient for me. I sometimes just come in to browse for ideas of what I can do around my housing property.

I recently completed a floor tile installation. It was my first effort with this type of project. Both Bob and Kenia from flooring gave me excellent advice and direction and my project came out better than I had hoped because of their help. They were very patient with my many questions and helped me understand what to buy and why. I am thankful that Bob encouraged me to rent a wet tile saw from your tool rental location. It saved tremendous time and effort. Kenia went so far as to make an unsolicited phone call to my home to offer additional advice and direction. These guys rock!
