No one knows anything. People in the departments have no idea what products you sell. They do not have any training. Poor management. You have people I always see in garden in other departments. And they know nothing about the department they are covering. And it's getting worse.

The employee assisting me went above and beyond finding the exact product I was looking for. It was not on the shelf but located on the floor in anothe department for the Black Friday Sale.

Robin, working the returns desk was awesome. Cheerful, patient, helpful.

The Tempe store was very clean and lighting great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We came in to purchase a washer and dryer. We left with what we needed, and a quick delivery date.

Purchased a large appliance for delivery later in the week. Delivery time came and went with no contact from The Home Depot. Turns out somehow they messed up my order so it was never scheduled. No attempt to fix the problem--just scheduled my delivery for the next available time, which is not until next week. I needed my appliance this weekend!

Entered store and immediately was greeted. This carried on with each Home Depot person I met. Wanted to get some kind of lighting that was LED and that worked from dusk to dawn. **** suggested the bulbs with a sensor built in. Said he has them at his home and told me how to put them in and adjust the base with the sensor. I did just like I was told and I love these things! Here I thought I would need to buy a whole new fixture that was compliant with our HOA and hire an electrician to install it. These are really as simple as 1, 2, 3!

Knew what I wanted and where it was located. Product was available. Checkout was speedy and courteous.

Immediately asked if I needed help, which I did need, and was taken to the area of the store where I could purchase what I came in for. Could not have found it on my own.

There is a Lowe's at Priest and Ray and this Home Depot at Warner and Kyrene. GO HERE. Do not even step foot into the Lowe's. I had a completely different experience after entering Home Depot and will continue to shop there over any other store in the Valley. Thank you to Robin and Brian (dept 21). You made the weekend start right!

THE STAFF AT THIS STORE IS AMAZING. THEY ALL TRULY CARE AND THEY CREATE A FUN ENVIRONMENT RESULTING IN A GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME. I AM AN ONLINE SHOPPER EXCEPT WHEN I GET THE CHANCE TO SHOP AT HOME DEPOT I GO THERE. ROBIN, BOTH TOMS, MICHAEL, DIANE, DUGAN, JOE, MARIO, NICK, ED, RACHAEL, LIZ, AND RICK. I CANNOT NAME ANOTHER RETAIL PLACE IN ARIZONA WHERE I KNOW MORE THAN ONE EMPLOYEES' NAME AND HERE EACH EMPLOYEE LEAVES AND IMPRESSION WITH YOU.

The greeter was able to point me to the exact aisle I needed and another employee walked me through different options and helped me figure out which backsplash would be best for me and my kitchen!

The store was very organized with signs indicating where each department is. The associates were very helpful and nice.

Went in looking to get paint and primer for bathroom that just remolded. The two employee in the paint department helped me and made sure I did not for get anything needed including the rebate form.

My husband and I love shopping at this location. The employees in each department are typically excellent at answering your home improvement questions.

The employees overall are very friendly and do not give one the feeling one is overstaying one's welcome. With whomever we dealt, each took his or her time with us, and I ask numerous questions, which may or may not result in my buying the product. So, this will be my primary store when in Arizona.

I WAS NERVOUS ON MAKING A HUGE PERCHES FOR MY NEW HOME BUT FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT I GET THE BEST DEAL.

I asked for help solving a plumbing issue. The Associate was attentive and quickly stated that the question was beyond his ability, but called another associate who answered quickly and as it turns out, correctly. She gave me some hints and alternative ways to achieve my desired solution. While I couldn't find the right part, she did, and I was quickly on my way. Good help, quick solution, and the cashier helped me get back to my task! I love it when a crew works together!

The employees are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make your shopping experience worthwhile. The Pro desk has never let me down at this store whether I'm calling in or at the store. Gina, Mario, Veronica are always willing to drop what they are doing to help out in any way they can. WELCOME BACK ANNA, you were gone entirely way to long & it wasn't the same without you!

I went to the store to exchange a propane tank and the outside employee was overly helpful in explaining how to go about it. And once I went into the store to the Return counter, the lady associate was equally as helpful.
