They had just what I was looking for and the assciates not only loaded it, wheeled it to the cashier, but out to my vehicle where they loaded it in to my vehicle. When I thanked them they pelied,"no problem, it was a pleasure and have a nice day". I did not expect this kind of service as I have never purchased items there before that were so heavy, it was usually small items I can carry.

I always like talking to Big Ray and the young lady that works in the department that sells items like door stops etc is always so helpful.

The employees at the Temple Home Depot are much more accessible than is usual at a big box store. They are very friendly and helpful and educated in the store's contents and locations.

I needed some Square D parts (a ground bar and a 2" hub). I had already checked availability online and the website told me they were on aisle 7, bay 17, so I was in and out in just a few minutes. An associate in the electrical department checked whether I needed help and moved on pleasantly when I said I didn't. The associate monitoring the self-check registers was helpful and friendly and the entire trip was a pleasure.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, great store but can be hard to find someone for help sometimes.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HOME DEPOT FOR MANY YEARS, I USUALLY HAVE A EXCELLANT EXPERIENCE WHEN GOING EXCEPT FOR THE LAST TIME. I WENT TO THE HOME AND GARDEN, THERE WERE TWO YOUNG GIRLS THERE AT THE REGISTER, BOTH ON THEIR CELL PHONES. I NEEDED A WHEEL BARREL FOR MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY, WHEN I ASKED IF THEY KNEW WHERE THEY WERE, THEY LOOKED AT EACH OTHER AND SAID "NO" - DID NOT TRY TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY. THEY CALLED ME BACK AND TRIED TO GIVE ME A BARREL THAT WAS FULL OF PLANTS AND BIRD DROPPINGS. I WENT UP FRONT AND THE GIRLS UP FRONT WALKED ME TO THE AREA THE BARRELS WERE, GOT A MANAGER TO UNLOCK THEM, HELP ME PICK ONE OUT AND GOT A MAN TO HELP ME GET IN MY CAR, NOW THATS THE HOME DEPOT I KNOW AND LOVE.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. I was very happy with the help I received in the Garden section.

You have and outstanding crew of folks who have service in mind. I was looking for a unusual item and ten minutes after talking to one of the associates that stated HD did not carry that particular item came to find me in the store to tell me they had found what i was looking for. That is exceptional service

We were buying cedar boards for our home. My husband is remodeling our home. We have always found what we need at Home Depot.

The store is great. We always go to the Temple Home Depot. Almost every associate has been helpful and friendly. We have only had a couple that couldn't answer our questions. A few times we have had to hunt for someone to help us. But they have always been eager to help us.

Enjoyed shopping here. Very friendly and helpful. This store was also very clean and orderly.

I found everything I was shopping for. the sales associate was very helpfu, with assisting me on finding the items for my project. Checkout was fast and courteous.

I was shocked at how many aisles were impassible due to pallets and pallets of freight! Many items were hard to reach as I literally climbed over a pallet of hoses to get a repair part. This store, the Waco store, and the Killeen store are identical when it comes to this issue. I'm not sure what is going on but HD needs to figure it out and take a lesson from Lowes! Even Walmart looks better than Home Depot these days!! This is unfortunate! Home Depots customer service has long been absent in its stores. It would at least be nice to see a focused effort on a clean and stoppable store. The Temple Lowes and the new Ace store in Belton are better options for your dollar!

I called in the order and the Associate made the ordering so easy, she was so helpful and able to answer any questions that I may have had. The delivery man was so pleasant and made sure the delivery was a pleasant experience. Thanks.

This store consistently has the most friendly and helpful sales staff of ANY home improvement store I have experienced.

I had a lot of heavy items and one of the associates saw that and offered to help load them in the truck. That was real nice.

I don't think I ever have had a bad experience going here. Everyone is very helpful and happy to answer questions. The selection of products never disappoints. I think, if I wanted to, I could literally build an entire house just from shopping at the Home Depot alone, haha. The range of services offered there is also very useful and impressive. Thanks for being a great place. If I had more money I'd be at the Home Depot all the time lol.

We have been remodeling our house over several years this store has always been our goto for special orders and off the shelf items. They have always made sure we had what we needed even if not in stock. The manager drove to a neighboring city to pick up a ceiling fan on his way to work one day. We have purchased appliances and had them delivered without issue. We have special ordered doors and have picked them up without issue. Not to mention the many trips for lumber and electrical and plumbing items always had associates that were knowledgeable and willing to offer other ideas.

Every year, in preparation for spring yard work, I try several stores close to my house when searching for fertilizer and grass seed. Every year I end up at this store, as it always has the type of fertilizer I'm after as well as the best price on Bermuda Grass seed. Next year, I'll spend the extra gas money and head directly to this store. The time saved will definitely make it worth while.

Great selection of garden items. Customer service is very important to me and it was at the top of my experience during this visit.

I'm here almost every weekend and like the helpfulness and friendliness of everyone. Great experiences everytime. Even had my son's birthday party there which turned out awesome.

Products were easy to find and selecting paint and gettting it mixed was a breeze. Had three different associates assist or just chat with us during our visit which made our experience super peachy and smooth :))

Come to the truck to unload my return, they exchanged my dishwasher for a new one, and loaded the new dishwasher so quickly and they were so friendly.

Truly a one stop shopping place - got the items we needed throughout the store. Associates there to help load garden supplies. Great to see smiles on their faces!
