Very easy to find product, but hard to find an associate!

very clean and helpful everyone was nice and store was looking great

I went in the store to buy items for a tool gift basket for work and I got a lot of help from Emilio in Hardware. He treated me like a priority and helped me pick out items that were just right and that fit my budget. He was also very friendly. I would definitely shop here again. Btw my tool gift baskets were a big hit!

I was very happy with the help of associate in painting branch.

Everybody in the store was very helpful and polite. The associate Tracy was very friendly and had a great sense of humor .

Susan who checked me out was extremely knowledgeable and most pleasant to deal with.

Excellent Store and Excellent service by the Staff that works there. Thanks to Jim in Plumbing and Rebecca in returns for a most excellent experience today at this location. Home depot is lucky to have them as employees. This location has always been excellent. I have been going to this store for years. Please keep up the good work!:)

YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE BECAUSE I GO HERE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK. MOST OF THE EMPLOYYEES ARE NICE AND INFORMATIVE. THIS DAY THE CASHIER JILL JK02MA WAS NOT FRIENDLY. SHE DID HER JOB BUT WITH A ATTITUDE.

I'm in the store about 2 or 3 times a week sometimes two and three times a day the cashier Roselyn and rose are very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products they always direct me to the right aisle and make sure that I have everything before I leave those two are your best assets to the store they're very cheerful when you walk in the store they're very cheerful when you leave the store you can never tell whether or not these girls have a bad day eversometimes I feel they know more than the associates that are actually on the floor maybe you should train them as well as you as you have trained the two girls up front

the store and the associates are very helpful and go out of their way to help you, if they don't have it or don't know where it is they will go out of their way to locate it at another home depot-Olga was a great associate and helped my husband and i in locating items we needed.

associates in paint area slow,associate forgot i was waiting for my can of paint.

I was in & out of the store within a few minutes. An associate told me exactly where I could find the product & was looking for. It was in stock & I was able to check out quickly without having to wait too long on line.

I had just the best store experience, because of the store manager at the Monticello Home Depot. She provided great customer service and went above and beyond her job. She ensured that me and my husband found everything we needed even if the product was not on the shelf. You meet this kind person very rarely so if more employees were like her then the shopping experience would be a whole lot easier!! She is excellent at her job!!!!!

Came by about 10 mins before closing time, friendly associate named Ozzie helped me and my gf out. Friendly, helpful and professional, three things you rarely find in Sullivan County. Good hire Home Depot, we will be back.

I enjoy shopping in hardware stores in general..But can usually find everything I need at Home Depot. I must say,, the staff are helpful and very friendly.. Some of the other shops should take a lesson

One register open, the store aisles were dirty and cluttered and Home Depot will not allow me to accurately describe the associate who was at the only register, they said my language was inappropriate, well guess what, the associate's attitude was even more inappropriate!
