I ordered kitchen cabinets and when delivered they were left in the yard. Upon unwrapping the skid of cabinets we found that some of the boxes were damaged, some of the cabinets look broken.

Staff was very helpful and even someone who was off of work but was shopping assisted

Bought a charcoal grill and paint and paint roller and garden tool and a few other things I can't remember.

Was unable to locate a power tool. Asked two employees for assistance both failed to locate said tool and told me the store didn’t have it. Looked it up on my phone in two minutes found it and the number of them available.

Someone is always asking if they can help you find something.

We are excited to receive our new GE washer and dryer.

This is the friendliest and most helpful Home Depot we have ever been to. There’s always someone to greet you and it seems like there are employees coming out from every corner asking you if you need help. Bill spent 90 minutes with us as we were trying to buy some ryobi tools.

I was greeted very pleasantly at the entrance and ask if I need help. When I said I did the person got someone to help me find what I was looking for and unlock it from the cage. All where extremely polite and knowledgeable.

The employees are so helpful! They helped me come up with a creative solution for a bind I was in to hook up my gas stove. The stove is working great (which I also bought from Home Depot)

I live in north central Indiana and even though it's a few miles further to dive for me, but the helpful employees in the Three Rivers store makes it worth it.

My wife and I own rental properties and have been loyal customers for years. Regardless of location Home Depot is our go to, however Three Rivers is still or favorite and worth the drive. Can’t beat their professionalism, courtesy, and welcoming environment.

I recently visited the Three Rivers Home Depot for the first time I was surprised to find out the small size of the store compared to other Home Depot stores. I had a warm greeting as I enter the store And employee Wendell was very helpful answering my questions, finding stuff I needed, and gave me advice on my projects. It’s nice to have someone knowledgeable in home, improvement working in a home improvement store.

Bought a washer and dryer. Never called us about the delivery. I called and was told a time slot. They never showed. Never called. I had to call in 5 times and went the store. It’s been two days and no resolve. Again stay away!!!

I was looking for my Halloween Decor and landed a mother load!!!! I walk out with a cart and dolly!

As a local contractor I often have to shop several local stores for building/remodeling supplies. The Three Rivers Home Depot is my first choice. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable.

I find this particular store to be very helpful when trying to find products. I find the employees to be respectful, patient and helpful. Their nursery plants and flowers are well taken care of and are priced competively for their good quality. I have bought several appliances there and have been very satisfied I recommend this store to others often.

We ordered 18 blinds. Aimee was exceptional. She meticulously matched the alphabetical measurements provided by the measurer with the item numbers invoice, enabling us to accurately determine which blinds belonged in each location. This could have turned into a disaster if she hadn't gone above and beyond. She also took the time to show us the amount of gather at the bottom of some blinds and texted us a photo, allowing us to decide whether to proceed with the purchase or order customized blinds. Very impressed. Thank you!

We went in to purchase a stove. Tyron knew everything about every appliance. We purchased the stove. Looked at refrigerators, went home to measure and we just came back and bought a beautiful LG refrigerator from him!

The employees were very helpful and friendly, outgoing and pointing me in the right direction for the things I needed. The wheelbarrow I bought needed air in a tire. They were helpful in putting the right PSI in the tire. Thank you, home Depot

Every time we need to make a trip to Home Depot for house, yard, or garden supplies - I always know someone will be willing to help find what we need.

We needed to get a portable a/c unit. Everyone was super friendly at the Three Rivers location. Dan was super nice helping us pick one out and a fan too.

I’m unable to lift #50 bags of soil and it is so refreshing to have workers that help with a smile

I was disappointed to find out Home Depot is no longer honoring the 11% discount.

Over all the years of shopping HD in Three Rivers, I have been very pleased with the attentive service throughout the store, by professional, knowledgeable, and friendly employees. Thank you Home Depot
