I love going to the Tom's river home depot. Because the employees there are always friendly and eager to help when i'm looking for something or not sure what i'm looking for. They will walk you to the aisle where the item is. And ians show you how to use it.

I got this new fridge last night and I’m in love. I want to thank Bob for going above and beyond for us to get the fridge to our house. Bob was very helpful and we really appreciated it.

HOME DEPOT #920 is my local home improvement store. It was my go to place for my recent bathroom remodel. Lots of choices in the store and even more choices online. The store is well-organized, easy to find everything I needed for my project. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist, providing helpful advice on tools and materials. I appreciated the range of products available at competitive prices. Overall, this Home Depot is a fantastic resource for all DIY enthusiasts and homeowners alike.

APPERANCE AND COST VERY GOOD BUT LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT CRACK THAT WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE SHELF I PURCHSED THREE UNITS AND HOPE THEY DON'T CRACK SO EASILY IN THE FUTURE ALTHOUGH THIS CRACK WAS PROBABLY DONE BY TRUCKER OR DELIVERY TO HOME DEPOT STORE BUT IT WAS NOT NOTICED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE PACKAGE

because this store is run by a skeleton crew. The only registers open inside were sell checkout. Literally HUNDREDS of customers in the store at the time and not ONE real register open. Awful, just awful.

No improvement needed great service, great prices and great employees.

Getting my garden ready and the humus mixed with soil gives the plants what they need for a healthy and happy summer.

I recently went to the garden center to purchase plants and had a great shopping experience. The staff was so helpful and friendly and made thoughtful suggestions for my garden and supplies I might need. The manager was very kind to my daughter as well. We look forward to our next visit to this location!

Always helpful and has what I need

Multiple Violations , parking lot lights.

Waited on line 20 minutes to purchase propane. Got my access number for outside vending cage. End result was no full tanks. Had to get back in line for refund, another 20 minutes wasted. HD sucks.

I visited the Hone Depot store to make a different selection on my existing online order. I found the product I liked and the Customer Service Rep made the changes. It was great to see how efficient they were even with the store so busy. Kudos

There are very nice and knowledgable employees at the Pro Desk in the Toms River Store. I enjoy going to the Toms River store and deal with Amy who has a lot of knowledge to help me find whatever I need to fulfill my project. TY Amy

Had the opportunity to work with Shannon at the Toms River Kitchen Design Dept. It was a pleasure to work with her. She listens, suggests and really knows kitchen design. Highly recommend her.

This store and its staff are top performers. Always well-stocked and always pleasant experience to 3talk to staff there.

The lines at the self check out are outrageous. Too much of a wait. I will avoid going to this store.

Went to replace a simple flush 28x80 hollow core bathroom door. Attendent stated they are no longer stocked because they are too expensive($400 special order). Only had colonial version of the door ($64). The following day found them at the forked River Home depot for also $64.

Larry and Bruce were wonderful. Bruce got my paint and Larry ran to get me a wagon! So helpful!!

I will go an hour out of my way to shop the Toms River store. No matter how busy the store is, the employees go out of the way their way to make you feel like the most important person in the store! This store could be used to teach the entire company what customer service is and how to treat their customers !!

I recently went to Home Depot in Toms River for a living room painting project I was going to begin. The gentleman working in the paint department answered all my questions and he was patient and very helpful. Excellent customer service.

I have had a very positive experience with this Toms River, NJ Home Depot Store. Every time I have been in the store I have had a positive experience with the staff being professional, courteous & kind. The store has always been stocked or prompt shipping and the prices are usually competitive & often have sales. I would recommend this store location.
