Always enjoy my visit to this store. Staff at the paint section and in general are very friendly and so helpful.

Store is busy and that was something I had to get use to. It is in a great area and you can do additional shopping in the surrounding stores.

If you ever need help in the plumbing department just ask for Anthony Porter. He was great help for me and I'm sure he would be great help for you too!

The staff members I most often interact with are in hardware, paint, and outdoor. I have always found them knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. If the staff member doesn't know the answer to my question, they acknowledge this and seek some one who can specifically help. During the spring landscape period, I typically make 5-8 visits; it is extremely pleasant to have the same staff, especially when they remember my previous purchases and banter.

Feels like home- I can easily get what I need and also get advice on problems.

The store is easy to navigate and employees, in general, want to help you with any questions you may have. If they are unable to help, they find someone who can.

The store is very clean and organized. The entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about home repairs.

Apparently I am a slow learner because I have returned to the Home Depot in Totowa several times and have been basically disappointed each and every time. This last time I was able to find one out of three items I went there for - a florescent replacement bulb with the help of an associate however, the other two items were never found. I asked a different associate who gave me a location but no go. If you look on the internet Home Depot is supposed to carry the items....just not where you can actually find them. It is very discouraging. Perhaps a computer could be installed for customer use so we could look up the item locations ourselves....

the sales person who helped me went above and beyond to try to help me. the store was well supplied with what i needed.

A store employee showed me to the electrical department and left me with an employee there who was very rude.

I shop here frequently. It seems like I can always find what I need and the staff is helpful when I have questions. Checkout is usually quick and the cashiers (most of them) are friendly and polite. Selection is good and the associates who walk the store are very helpful if you're tackling an new project and need advice.

i was very happy with an employee named Will,in the lighting dept who stopped what he was doing to help me in the garden dept.-i was in a big hurry with a ride waiting outside.i walked up to Will with my boss's weed whacker, not knowing what oil i needed to mix with the gas.Will came back with the correct oil in 1 minute!i was so thankful.he made my day! Will deserves a raise!
