Everything I needed was in a location easy to find and organized

The Saltillo store is always pleasant and the store associates are always available and willing to help. I have been checked out by Ryan several times. He is polite, helpful and fast. It is refreshing to see young people who care about getting your business.

Needed help with loading my cart and I received it fast. Then they loaded my truck without my help, YAY!

Very seldom do you go in any retail store and are treated by every single employee as well as they treat you in this store.

This store always greets me at least twice coming in and you can't have an associate walk by that does not ask you if you need help-even when it is not their department.

I was greeted by an associate almost immediately and he led me back to the appliances and brought me straight to the associate working that dept. They were very helpful and concerned with finding what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised at the availability of the type of fridges I was looking for and was able to purchase a floor model for a great price.

The store was very organized all the associates were attentive and our cashier Anjanetter was very helpful and friendly very satisfied with this experience.

I entered the store with one particular product in mind and due to a previous trip knew where the product could be found , so I did not need an associate's assistance. However when I checked out, I was assisted by associates that were very polite and welcoming. I left feeling very good about the transaction. While the online product I wanted was no longer available an associate in customer service helped me order one just like it from a competing store. It reminds me of Macy's in the movie Miracle on 34th Street. I will continue giving my business to Home Depot and commend their helpful attitude.

I was looking for paint for my son's room. they had the paint i wanted and a great color palette to choose from. The associate was knowledgeable and friendly.

Purchased more gardening things. The only thing that was sold out was a landscape timber. I found everything else. The associate looked up the landscape timber and told us they sold out but would have some more coming in later in the week.

The store is always clean. The associates are always helpful and nice. Always have stock and if it's not out they will go look to see if they have more. Cashiers are always friendly. Been to this store in the past 2 weeks and 2 associates were very helpful. I have a special needs son, Both went out of their way to help. That means a lot to me. Home Depot has 2 special employees!!! People don't realize the little things matter the most.

From beginning to the end- the greeter gave us coupons for cleaning products. My wife and I were standing by the led home lights for 2 seconds and an associate come over and informed us all about the product. Next , there was no wait at the registers and the cashier was helpful as well, again thanks for a good shopping experience.
