I was greeted and directed right to where I needed to go upon entering store. Then when I was checking out, I wanted to use my Home Depot card of which I did not have in hand. The cashier was very helpful in getting all of that situated and even when I forgot to ask about my 5% discount and she needed to void the sale and do it all over again, she did it with no problem. Great job Erica!

I am very satisfied with the pro desk at home depot. Patrick and the guys are very helpful and always do their best to fulfill my orders.

Even though the associates said they were coming back to help, they never came. Even though the manager was called to speak with us, Matt never showed up. He left us waiting and waiting at the checkout. The checkout gal was the only one who was helpful and sorry that we weren't helped. Matt and the associate should trade jobs and see if customer service improves.

I shop at this location frequently. I am only a home owner that does small projects but find what I need and am able to get help when it is needed

Once the Home Depot associate found out I had changed the same lightbulb twice (I thought they might be faulty bulbs), he told me chances were it was the fixture, not the bulb. Right he was :)

Store is always clean, sales people are informative and pleasant. I would recommend Home Depot anytime.

We were helped immediately by Susana. She was friendly, professional and very concerned about customer satisfaction. We had a bad experience with the Brentwood store and in a matter of less than 5 mins Susana turned it into a positive one. She fixed their goof up. We left the store very content and pleasantly surprised! Thank you!!

Home Depot is always a treat to go to. I love the smell of the lumber,the greenery in the garden section, and the fact they have everything I could need and more. Add food and you wouldn't have to go anywhere else!

The employees are great, I can get most anything I need and they will me order if need. I have remodeled my kitchen (cabinets etc), replaced my roof and insulated my house, done my front and back yard with pavers, and done countless little projects all through the store. Some with installation other i did the work. Almost always without problems.

Large variety of products always in stock , good prices and very well organized and clean as well. Customer service has always been the best all associates are great.... Also I would like to mention Penny is very helpful all the time she helps with a big smile.

Great store. However, all employees seem to be unhappy about working there. Very few have good disposition and willingness to assist, especially worse at the pro-desk and the loaders. Kim the manager (I think) gives great customer service.

We went to buy appliances. The clerk helped us and it didn't take to long to find everything we needed. Items were not in stock and will be delivered in 10 days. Good thing we didn't need them right away.

Yvette in the paint department is great! She treats customers well, knows her business and takes care of questions efficiently and is very patient and pleasant. She made going to the paint department very pleasant for once!

the people that work in this store are what make this store the best! You can buy drywall anywhere I like to buy from a friendly face who knows who i am, and cares about me getting what i need quickly and easily.

We shop at the Turlock Home Depot at least 2 times a week. The staff is friendly and helpful. The garden dept., paint dept., tools, kitchen, carpet, and lumber are always helpful

Much more friendly service here than at the other home improvement store in the surrounding area. Took my business to Home Depot for that reason!

He helped me find what I was looking for, offered a extended warranty pla, and also made sure I got the paperwork to fill out for a rebate through TID. If you are in need of a new appliance, go to this store. Overall I am very satisfied.
