Clean store, in and out fast, able to find exactly what I needed.

Sherriett the store associate that helped us was very helpful and knowledgable. I don't know that I have met a kinder person working in retail. She was able to steer us to each product we needed without leaving us wandering. The cashier was also extremely friendly. I have never had a negative experience other than I can never seem to find a buggy or cart when I need one. If I had one suggestion it would be to make buggy and flat carts more accessible to customers at each entrance.

I was extremely pleased with the associates in assisting me with every question and matter I had.

Home Depot is great, close to our jobsites for employees. Always a pleasant visit and helpful. They are very good about cc purchases over the phone, Great customer service

Some ales had stuff where you could not get through

The store associates were very helpful in the paint department. They made sure I had all my supplies and informed me about the rebates on the paint. The cashier was very friendly. The service was great!!!

My experience was great. The item I was looking for was in stock and easy to find as well as reasonably priced.

Upon entering the store I needed to exchange a faucet due to the screws being missing. Instead of just ringing up as an exchange the associate told me she had to put it back to my home depot credit card (which messed up my 6 month no financing) when a week before a lady just did a store credit to keep me from having to call the credit card company. The difference in the stores.... Tuscaloosa, AL vs Florence, AL. Another similar experience happened to me again in Tuscaloosa, AL when a manager thankfully stepped in and just did the store credit for me to avoid having to call the credit card company. I am currently remodeling a house so Tuscaloosa is not the store to go to if you are needing quick service. I have now had two bad experiences and if I have concerns with needing returns done I will go to another store. Other than that the customer service is not friendly. The manager was the only friendly encounter I had in which they were very helpful.

It is always a good thing to see a smiling face with a warm welcome. I really enjoy shopping at Home Depot on regularly basis. Most of the products I'm looking for is on-hand, if not they present me with other alternative to receive what I'm looking for. I sincerely appreciate your time and attention. I went in to find some new smoke detectors that took longer than expected, but was surprised at the large selection of options!

I only had to run in to get some keys made, and the Associate was very prompt in getting the Key Station. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then the Associate at the check-out was very nice! It made my trip very pleasant.

LOVE THEOR SELECTION OF FLOWERS. THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST SELECTION AND VERY NEAT AND CLEAN STORE.

I was shopping for the Filtrete brand of a/c filters. This brand of product unfortunately, was not available and I had to settle for what I considered an inferior filter albeit cheaper.

The store is clean and the sales associates were very friendly but they are severely understaffed. I made 3 trips to the store before I had the time to stand around and wait for someone to help me purchase an entry door. The associate that helped me on the day of purchase had come from another department to cover the door/window department. She had 3 other customers patiently waiting their turn for assistance. If this door had been the same price at another location I would have bought it elsewhere.

I went in to purchase sand paper for a drywall project. While in Home Depot I remembered I needed Mosquito Dunks for pond and a sprinkler. The lady that greeted me was more than happy to help me find the mosquito dunks. My husband and often joke that we should buy stock in Home Depot. We have gutted and remolded our entire home with the help of Home Depot and its associates.

I had recently purchased a planter for Mother's Day present but I was lacking the plants for it. I went to Home Depot hoping to find some cool cacti or succulents to put in the planter. After initially seeing a disappointing display of spray painted cacti (oh the humanity please stop spray painting plants!) I was approached by a friendly associate in garden department named Ray. He assured me Home Depot had many more succulents available and took me around the store to find them. He suggested a trio of different ones that looked great visually but also would grow well together without over powering each other. He showed me specially made cactus soil (who knew?) and found some attractive rocks to finish the landscaping. Then in what could only have taken ten minutes, he went the extra mile and helped me plant them and arrange them so that they would grow better and even decorated with my attractive rocks! I was stunned. The final product was so much more than i could ask!

The associate and the cashier were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, expedient, and took care of business! It made it a pleasure to shop. The service was outstanding. The associate volunteered to get me a buggy, load my buggy, give me instructions on how to properly use the product, and take my product to the car.

I would have to say I would tell others about this store!!

Employees are very willing and helpful each time I have been in the store.

Overall visit went well. Just did not get clear detail on how the 2 year replacement plan charge works. Normally I would thoroughly look over my receipt before departing a store. Unfortunately, I didn't this time.

Store was hot and needs better lighting. Outdoor lawn and garden understaffed and nasty. Power tool dept. needs more help. Lumber Dept needs more help. Employes (general help) needs to be more attentive and spend less time chatting about personal issues with each other.
