ARVIN KNEW THE DISWASHERS ON DISPLAY, AND WAS VERY HELPFUL TO US.

Fantastic customer service given by Kathleen and Janet. Janet was especially helpful in finding my receipt in the system and getting it taken care of for me.

Store has everything I was looking for except plastic portable storage containers.

Kathleen and Janet at the customer service area were very helpful in getting my complicated return going. They made the process seamless and allowed me to relax while they looked up my receipt for me. Even though my product did not meet the return guidelines "exactly" they allowed me to upgrade with no hassle. I also had exceptional service with Brianna at the checkout. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. There were no issues at the checkout even though I had multiple discounts and gift cards to go through. Thanks to these ladies I was able to get back to work today with zero hassle this morning. Thank you!

Nazy treated us as if we were her only concern. She took the time to explain all available options for the window coverings we were interested in without rushing us. My sister and I left completely satisfied and motivated by our experience. Thank you Nazy!

associates were extremely helpful without being too pushy

We are remodeling our home, and had selected a paint color that we determined to be too dark (even though we sampled first, we came to this conclusion after purchasing a 5 gallon container). We brought back the paint to have it lightened, and the young man working at the paint counter, Ryan, was extremely helpful and patient. Not only did he work to make our paint the perfect shade, he also helped us to select a few other colors as well. We were really impressed by the customer service we received here, and each time before this one, everyone had been equally helpful. I had been to Lowe's as well for a paint color that Home Depot did not carry, and their customer service does not even compare to Home Depot.

Barbara Roque was very helpful with me and my mom. She helped us pick out the right refrigerator and explained the product details well. She also explained the warranty and delivery in a very clear manner.

We had a helpful experience in the paint department but most significant of all was the outstanding experience we had in the Garden section with our cashier, Sheila (SRN6348), when we checked out. She was very personable with me and my friend who was also shopping.

John (with the rad orange shoes) is the BEST! Was very patient answering my questions--especially with my toddler running around. Very helpful and I was able to tackle my project :)

The store clerk - John with the "Orange shoes" was very helpful. I was able to find shelving accessories in stock and the duplicate keys were reasonably priced.

MICHAEL WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THE SELECTION OF OUR NEW OUTSIDE ENTRANCE DOORS FOR OUR HOUSE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR HIM FOR SERVICE IN THE MILLRIGHTS AREA.

The Associate took long time to come to help about 25 min,we asked for the manager too to resolve a problem he was even worse.when we told him why is your services in Tustin store bad comparing to Irvine he said don't come back here again stay there.I will never recommend this store to anybody.

It is always a blessing when associates are professional and amicable. John, with the orange shoes, was delightful. My husband and I shared some of life's experiences with John as we walked to get all the items needed for my project. It is as should be when one goes shopping, it should be a pleasant experience. John was most knowledgeable. I had not considered one step of my project and he asked if I needed this product to complete my project, most helpful. I left the store feeling job well done, a most satisfied customer. God bless John and all the staff there in Tustin.

I went looking for a toilet which these days is as confusing as buying a computer. The associate was so friendly and helped clarify different options. I ended up researching further with the useful information he provided and came back to make the purchase today.

STORE ID NICE AND CLEAN, WORKERS ARE VERY HELPFUL.

we have a tract house; this type of store fits our needs and pocket book just fine. very little pain in shopping at the home depot as opposed to any other venue ( independent stores).

the person checking me out was very polite and exceptionally fast

This is a very clean store and the location is really convenient. Parking is great. I like the layout of the outdoor garden area, however, the indoor garden area is cramped, which makes it hard to shop the shelves- especially if an associate has left a ladder in the area. The selection in hardware is great. There have been a couple of times in the evening where getting help in this section was not possible, but during the middle of the day or on a weekend, there are plenty of helpful associates. Generally, the staff is very friendly, which encourages me to keep coming back.

I had a special need and was referred to a customer service representative. She was EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved. She did this in a friendly manner and I couldn't ask for more, Thanks
