David was very friendly during checkout and helped me open a Home Depot credit card. Many associates asked if I needed help. We found the shower head we were looking for. The store was clean and neat. We will come back.

Thank you for Exceptional service at the Victor Home Depot that keeps me coming back to shop, and I drive a longer distance to get there too instead of shopping at a competitor's store that is closer to where I live! An extra thank you to Leonard who took great care of me during my last shopping visit!

The sales specialist in flooring was very responsive to what we were looking for in a carpet and made the shopping experience more enjoyable.

I am new to this area, moved here just over 3 weeks ago. Every single person I have spoken with at this Home Depot has been absolutely wonderful!! Knowledge of the products I needed is excellent, super friendly and professional!! My favorite place when I need anything for my home!!

What a wonderful staff....every orange aproned associate smiled and 4 asked if I needed help.

Store is organized, bathrooms super clean, always someone in the isles to help, love the plants, cashiers are so nice, if you ask, they can load your car in the front with your items.

The store is full of great employees. Unfortunately, Jason the ASM isn't trained that well to handle issues that a seasoned manager should have no problem solving. So good luck to you if he is sent to solve your problem.

Employees at Victor Home Deport go above and beyond to make sure customers get the help they need from the time you enter the store until the time you leave. My recent experience started with being greeted as I entered and asked how I could be helped and progressed to assisting me with multiple custom cuts of lumber, after which they transported the lumber and walked me to my car and loaded it for me. What else can you ask for- great service from great people!

I dealt with Bevan recently and it was a terrible experience. She was rude and antagonistic.

I had to speak with Bevan when I tried to return an item at the Victor Home Depot. The way she treated me was terrible. She was rude, antagonistic, and accused me of lying.

The Victor Home Depot is heads and shoulders above any other Home Depot on the east side. They have better skilled and more helpful employees. I think they also have more employees. At the Penfield store, I usually have to go to Customer Service to ask for someone to come help me. The last time I went to Penfield it was to get carpeting cut from a roll. The first time they cut it too long. They second time they cut it crooked. Don't know if it is because they are not properly trained or what, but from now on I will only go to Victor unless they are out of stock and I have to go to Penfield.
