People usually are not writing good review or how was their experience in the store when it concerns to a positive one, In my case it is : I had a sample of my wall color and I thought it will be fast and easy like the first time, I asked Javier help and I was sure it will be done in 5 minutes, Javier check with the color matching machine and the results were not close to my color, from 5 minutes it turns to almost 2 hours (I made sure not to disturb his work between every try he had done) he was so patient and had a great CSR he understand how important this is to me and he didn't do just the extra mile for me, he did much more than that, He is a great example for a great employee, and I would like you to know that I feel lucky that I got such an amazing experience. Store employees are always wonderful. Very disappointed in the General Manager not having the time to help "the unhappy customer". I am not sure why i fill these survey's out. Not one is posted on the website for customers to see. Why is that?

Employees were great. But after not finding 4 out of 5 items that were stated in stock online and getting up to the Pro Desk to pay I was very disappointed to see that several customers were inline to pay and Willie was the only one checking them out. Obviously being a customer here for over 4 years, i could tell someone had called in sick. I asked to speak to management...the store manager was to Chicken Poop to come handle a customer, so he sent an assistant---that took a few calls and calling another manager to finally get to me, the customer. The Pro-desk runs 1000s of dollars thru on a daily basis and for a Monday one cashier - Willie still being friendly and nice - after my complaint...Suddenly we had Jon Jorge, Pedro, Celio, Tammy, checking out all in line. Then Raquel came to see if everything was doing well. (She is one of the managers who wouldn't come to deal with me, the upset customer, and passed it back to Jon Jorge. This store and their employees are almost always nice and friendly. Again I was very disappointed that the manager who gets the big bucks and bonuses wouldn' take the time to deal with a customer who spends thousands in this store per month. I give a thumbs down to this manager. TO THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE: TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES, TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR BONUSES WILL BE THERE. BUT IF ALL YOU THINK ABOUT IS YOUR BONUSES, THEN GIVE IT UP, YOU SHOULDN'T BE THE MANAGER OF A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR STORE.

What a great store

best home depot west of Las VEgas Blvd

Upon entering the store I noticed a black guy randomly standing on the next shelf where I was checking bulbs. He didn't pick up anything just fidling with the switches then quickly walks away. I thought to my self either this guy knows what he's getting or he's stealing. I ignored him then upon walking to another aisle he was there again. Fidling with a box of bulbs. That's when I noticed he was following me. I asked someone that works there if he worked there and they said yes. I asked if he was a secret shopper and sure enough he was. My advise is that he should not act weird. He looked more like he was the one stealing and I almost called security on your security. When I was checking out he was there again standing by the exit talking to the employees. Hopefully who ever is stealing doesn't notice him. Have him push a card with stuff or something.
